The scene opens up inside of Steve Blackman's martial arts dojo. Blackman is kneeling in front of his Sensei. Steve Blackman is visibly in distress.
"Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman:
I don't know what I'm going to do, Sensei! My boss was fired from Thy WWE. I mean, without him, what I am? Joey the Bastard gave me purpose. His goals were my goals. And, now I'll be making half the amountof money, and I don't think I'll make enough to help you keep this dojo up and running.
Sensei:
When one's purpose is assigned by another, self-worth is compromised, Blackman-san. You must find your own purpose. You need not worry about helping out with the dojo. You already do so much. You are my top student, and also my top instructor. That is all I can ask of you. It is time for you to start doing things for you, not others. If you want to fully to commit to Thy WWE, that is your choice. I would never ask you to do something your heart isn't fond of.
"Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman:
I would never abandon you and the students, Sensei. I will contribute the best I can.
Sensei:
With your former employer out of the company, now you can pursue anything you wish, Blackman-san.
"Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman:
I hadn't thought of that, Sensei. If I need more money, why couldn't I just climb the ranks, win championships, and take in higher purses?
Sensei:
The only one holding you back is yourself.
"Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman:
Then it's settled. I will commit fully to professional wrestling, bring in as much money as I can, and still be able to help you pay the lease every month.
Sensei:
You are ready, Blackman-san. You are ready to to take on the best, and to become the best. Never forget your training, and what you have learned. Never forget what you have taught to others as well, because in teaching others, we also teach ourselves.
"Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman:
Thank you, Sensei. You have given me so much, and I will never forget that. I will make you proud. I promise.
Steve Blackman stands up and bows to his master, who bows back. Blackman then leaves as his Sensei watches him head out on his way. Sensei watches, proud of his greatest student, with tears in his eyes.
Sensei:
You already have, Blackman-san. You already have.

The scene opens up in the backstage area of Thy WWE RAW. Steve Blackman is standing by in the interview area. He looks in to the camera and speaks.
"Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman:
Well, it looks as if I'm a free man now. Free to do whatever I wish. Free to fight whoever I want to fight. Now, I answer to no man, and now, it is time to start making some real money. It is time to start engaging in some real competition. Tonight, I will step inside the ring with Dominic Reynolds. See, this is the type of competition I've been craving. In one corner, you have me, a lethal weapon in every sense of the term. A man trained in various styles of martial arts. And, in the other corner, you have a former golden glove champion in Dominic Reynolds.
Now, unlike Reynolds, I am not a failure. I train every day physically and mentally. Reynolds is a failed boxer. I'm sure he hits the bag multiple times a week, but do you all think he trains as hard as he did when he was knocking opponents out every time he stepped in to the ring? I train just as hard as I did when I started. Maybe even harder! And, while Reynolds trains in maybe a handful of scenarios, I am versed in multiple styles of kung fu. I can adapt to any situation, and to any opponent. Reynolds is used to a boxing match, or a wrestling match, but this is neither of those. This is a Knockout Match. There are no judges. No scorecard. No pinfalls. You win by knockout, and knockout only.
Reynolds has his go to offense. There's no denying him that. And, one punch from Reynolds would lay a normal man out. But, make no mistake, Reynolds, I am not a normal man. I am a lethal weapon, and while you may have ten or so punches that could knock somebody out, I have dozens, if not hundreds of attacks that you wouldn't even think of. Anything you come at me with, I have a counter to.
But, I must not get too confident. There is a different aspect to this match. Two styles collide, but it could very well end up being a street fight. Knowing how to dodge a punch is great and all, but in a street fight, that can only get you so far. I can break your limbs without even trying, Reynolds. Remember that. You are lucky that I am an honorable man. I will not do that, and I will stay true to spirit of the competition. But, you have proven your character to one of a coward. I cannot say the same for you. So I will go into this fight expecting you to take shortcuts - expecting you to try and take me out - because you are weak. The strength of a man can be measured in the measures he takes to achieve success. You are a desperate man, Reynolds, and I will need to be on top of my game. But, I will not end your career if I don't have to. My greatest strength is that I have the power to end careers, but I choose not to. That is the greatest strength of all, and something you lack as a human being. You have no restraint. You resort to desperate measures when you may not need to. Well, normally you may not need to, but tonight, bring your desperation. Bring your fury, and bring that desire to end my career just because you feel you can. I welcome it, and a I believe that you truly believe you can. But, I don't believe you can. I also don't believe that you can compete in an honorable way, and to be quite honest, I don't want you to. I want you to bring your best tactics to the table, and fail, because once that happens, maybe you will realize the error of your ways, and make the change that your soul needs you to make.
Welcome back to Thy WWE, Dominic Reynolds. I'll be seeing you soon.
With that, Steve Blackman, puts one fist in to his palm, and slightly bows his head to the camera before leaving.
