We cut to the Gorilla position during last weeks edition of Thy WWE: RAW. "Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman bursts through the curtain visibly upset after Bob Cena interfered in his match against Beno. Thy WWE Owner and CEO, Joey the Bastard is standing by the monitors with Triana. The Bastard looks confused as he approaches Blackman.
Joey the Bastard:
Blackie, what the hell, bro? You had him beat!
Blackie, what the hell, bro? You had him beat!
"Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman:
I didn't ask for that! I didn't want any help! If I had won that way, I would be a coward. I am no coward! I could have handled it myself.

Joey the Bastard:
Whoa, hold up, buddy! This was our chance to take Beno out! You had a job to do, and you bailed on it. Your job was to take Beno out by any means necessary.

"Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman:
With all due respect, boss. There was more to it than that. I have goals, too! I wanted to prove to everybody that I can succeed against the top stars in this business. I wanted to prove to myself that I still have what it takes, and it's because of you and Bob Cena that I failed in doing so.

Triana:
Hey, listen here, pal. Mista Jay pays you to do what he says. To do what I say. The second you start thinking on your own is the second you start to become a liability.

"Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman:
Don't you ever speak to me like that, Triana, or I will drop you where you stand.

Triana:
Excuse me!
Excuse me!
Joey the Bastard:
Hang on, Tri. He didn't mean it. He's just a little pissed off is all. He didn't mean it.

Triana is tight-lipped and staring at Blackman, ready to pounce and tear him apart.
Joey the Bastard:
I'll tell you what, Blackie. I'll give you another chance at Beno next week. Okay? Will that make you happy again?

"Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman:
It's a start, but I don't want any of you interfering, you got that?

Joey the Bastard:
You got it. The New Age will not interfere in your match next week. Promise. Right, Tri.

Triana mockingly replies with a sneer.
Triana:
Proooomise.
Proooomise.
"Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman:
Good. Because, I'll tell you this: If any of you do interfere in the match, I walk. I am a man of my word, and I will walk out this company so fast your heads will spin. And I will never come back. You got that? No amount of money will ever make me come back, because honor is more valuable than money to me.

Alright, man. Chill. We're not gonna mess your shit up. Jesus, bro. Lighten up.

"Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman:
Thank you.
Thank you.
Joey the Bastard:
Remember, though. This your second chance, and I rarely give those out. Get the job done. I like you, Blackie, but I'd hate to see anything bad happen to you in you started making the wrong types of waves. Get it done. That's all I'm gonna say.

Triana:
Let's blow this joint. Hey, you think they got any of those little strawberry things I like in catering?

Joey the Bastard:
Well, they had better. Otherwise somebody's gettin' fired!

JTB and Triana walk off laughing together as Steve Blackman watches on shaking his head and the scene fades out.

We cut to the interview area just moments before Thy WWE: RAW goes live across the globe. "Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman is standing by, ready to share his thoughts prior to his match with Beno later on in the show.
"Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman:
No excuses. There will be no excuses tonight after either I defeat Beno, or I am defeated by Beno. Last week, I could have ended you, Beno. But, unlike a lot of people in the industry today, I still have a little bit of respect for what we do, and for my opponents. That would have been taking the easy way out, and taking short cuts is no way to grow as an athlete, or a competitor. I want to beat you fair and square on my terms, and if it plays out in your favor, at least I went out there by myself and tried my hardest. Last week, we were on the verge of reaching great match territory, but Bob Cena had to get involved. I could have used that to my advantage, and hell, I probably should have, because I know that after the match we had last week, you're going to come out tonight even stronger. While we were going to have a great match last week, that wasn't the Beno I know. Something was missing. In fact, I was the one doing most of the heavy lifting. Your performance last week was lackluster, and tonight you have a chance to show the world who you really are. Are you the former World Champion, and the King of Thy WWE who held this company's head in the dirt under his boot? Or are you the man who seems to rely on excuses to validate your recent failures? Are you a shell of your former self? Or are you better than you ever were before? I made a mistake last week in that I took it a little bit easy on you. I gave you opportunities and openings to make it a better match for the sake of the fans when I should have just exposed you as the fraud and the hack that you've become. Do you disagree? Prove me wrong, and go out there tonight and fight as if your life depended on it, because that's how I am approaching this match, and if you do, in fact, decide to chump out, I will break every last bone in your body. Respect is a two-way street, Beno. I went out there last week ready for a hell of a fight because I respect what you have done, and know that you have beaten the best. That respect is fading, and it is fading fast. Excuse after excuse, but tonight, Beno, there will be no need for excuses. Either I win, or you win. No help. Just a one on one match where the better man wins. And they way your career is playing out these days, I don't think that there's any doubt - even from you - about who the better man is. Go ahead, phone it in. That right there will prove that you've lost your edge. Vince McMahon must be pretty desperate if he brings in a man like you to join his team at Supremacy. That is... if you even make it to Supremacy. I have been tasked with destroying you tonight, but maybe - just maybe - if I see the old Beno across from me tonight, I may decide to show some mercy and allow you to continue on with your in-ring career. But, make no mistake about it, I am not a man who you want to disrespect. Do me the same courtesy that I gave you. Show up, and try your hardest to be the best. It's that simple. It's party time, and let's do this!

Steve Blackman walks away and out of the shot to do his final preparations before the big match.
