GONG
The all to familiar sound of a gong sounds in the arena, immediately receiving the boos of the crowd. The thousands in attendance are fully aware that the sound of a gong is the precursor of The Undertaker, who has become a figure of dark glory and has been on the receiving end of much animosity from the WWE crowds.
GONG
The great gong tolls once more and the arena descends into the depths of darkness and an overwhelming feeling of melancholy is poisoning the fans who are starting to yearn for the mercurial nature of The Rock and wish they had bought tickets to Smackdown. Smoke gushes out of hidden machines and engulfs the ramp in it. The arena suddenly resembles something out of a horror movie and the ramp is like a dark road under a night sky of pure darkness shrouded in clouds. The scene is portentous as a gentle blue light removes the totality of the darkness and makes the stage visible which is to be the very spot where The Demon of Death Valley, The Undertaker arrives. Undertaker has become The Demon of the WWE of late as he has amassed a large unbeaten run as the WWE Champion, felling many on his path of darkness.
GONG
The gong sounds for the last time and as the faint sound of a choir chanting dies out the “Funeral Dirge” starts to play and Undertaker appears from backstage wearing his signature black trenchcoat and hat. The crowd boo Undertaker profusely, although they know it is more than likely that their spirit for D’Lo Brown will be in vain as he faces the same Undertaker who was victorious over the great Dolph Ziggler at the WWE Draft.
Undertaker makes his way to the ring and raises his arms towards the heavens, flooding the arena with bright light which reveals a ring announcer bearing Undertaker’s microphone which he snatches before beginning.
Undertaker: Welcome to Monday Night Raw, or should I say the final resting place of D’Lo Brown, for when the night is up, D’Lo’s rotting corpse will be resting in a damp, dank grave with chunks of flesh absent from his battered body after the creatures of the night have feasted upon his remains. We have faced before D’Lo, do you remember? I drove your skull into the canvas so you entered a slumber that lasted you the entire night, but I was merciful. I didn’t turn you over to the beasts of the night, I didn’t bury you alive. But tonight, I am taking no prisoners, tonight D’Lo Brown, by my hand, you shall…..Rest In Peace!
With his short but to the point message still resounding in the crowds mind, Undertaker drops the microphone making a loud thud which breaks their train of thought and instigates thunderous boos for him. Undertaker exits the arena at twice the pace he entered it at, wasting no time in getting backstage and preparing for his match against D’Lo, which The Deadman has told us will be a rout.
Will D’Lo Brown rest in peace? Time will tell, but all signs point to yes with The Phenom on his scent.
OOC: Sorry about the really short RP but I didn't expect D'Lo to even show (which he hasn't) but I decided to write a small amount anyway.
