The scene opens up inside the American Airlines Arena in Miami, FL. We are inside the locker room of Thy WWE’s World Champion, Blade LaVigne. Like always, we see Thy WWE posters on the wall. We notice a leather couch in the center of the room. Just as expected, Blade LaVigne is sitting on the couch. Blade is dressed in blue jeans and a black Thy WWE t-shirt. The Thy WWE title rests across his lap. Blade takes the title and places it on his shoulder. Blade looks into the camera and begins to speak.
Blade "The Future" LaVigne
My journey started back in 2013. I came into Thy WWE a broken man. A man with a lot of emotionally weight on his shoulders.
My past was full of miss-opportunities and coming up short when given chance after chance. When I entered Thy WWE, I was seen as a failure, a waste of signing. No one gave me the time of day. But that didn't stop me from walking into work each week and do whatever it took to earn victories. And as I won more matches, people began opening their eyes. I quickly began earning respect and I felt great. For the first time in a long time, I had people cheering and supporting me. From the start, I saw what no one else did, that Thy WWE was sick and needed a cure. The Knights of the Round-table were in control and one by one, I defeated each member. I went on to defeated former world champions, from Beno, Kurt Orton, Jonny Freeman, and Bob Cena.
Week in and week out I continued to improve and climb higher on the ladder of success. Just one year later, I found myself in the biggest match of my career, at that moment.
I found myself in a eight man elimination chamber match for the Thy WWE Title. Even after the great year I had, people still saw me as the underdog and swore that I had no chance in hell to walk out of Anarchy as the new Thy WWE champion. I proved all the critics wrong when I did the unthinkable and won the match. It's crazy on how much different things can be in one years time. In one year in Thy WWE, I went from being hated to being loved. I went from being a man with a dream to actually achieving that dream.
Let's fast forward to now.
WrestleMania V was the greatest night of my career. I defended the Thy WWE title against Kurt Orton and I'm now the longest reigning Thy WWE champion in Thy WWE history. My life and career could not be any better. Now that WrestleMania is done and over with, I'm looking at the roster we have and too be honest, I don't know if theirs anyone that can take this title away from me. I do see hungry superstars all with one goal, to defeat me and take this title away. Being champion, you have a huge target on your back. Already I have guys like Zak Shields, calling me out, saying that I haven't had a true challenger when it comes to defending my title.
Now, Zak, you may be the first ever International Champion and the first ever Dual Champion, but understand sometime. You've never broke away from the secondary championship in Thy WWE because everyone knows that you aren't ready to compete in the World Title division. But. if management wants to book you against me for my title in the future, I'll be ready once again to prove that I am the right man to hold this title.
And then we havenFEAR, my opponent for RAW 149, in his return match last week, he came out and said that he's coming for me and I quote, "I will take your belt and I will be sure to show you exactly what a real champion is." FEAR, you left this company just to return and expect to be in the main picture. But I don't think you realize how much hard work you have to put in every single day just to hold this title and call yourself a true champion. People have seen how hard I've worked over the years, yet, we have not seen really anything from you.
But this week, you have the chance to prove that you are good enough. Will you take advantage of this chance or will you crumble? We'll find out later and FEAR...
You'll Thank Me In The End!
