The scene opens up inside the Fedex Forum. We are inside the locker room of Thy WWE’s world champion, Blade LaVigne. Like always, we see Thy WWE posters on the wall. A WrestleMania V banner is on the wall as well. We notice a leather couch in the center of the room. Just as expected, Blade LaVigne is sitting on the couch. Blade is dressed in blue jeans and a black Thy WWE t-shirt. The Thy WWE title rests across his lap. Blade takes the title and places it on his shoulder. Blade looks into the camera and begins to speak.

You know, I never really thanked all of the fans who have stuck with me from the start.
All of you that accepted a Sin City Wrestling wash up like myself to come into your home. All the people who trust me to carry this company. Through the up and downs, you fans have been there to support what I wanted to accomplish.
Everyone who comes to our shows, to see me, and everyone watching at home.

Whenever there’s someone who suddenly gains fame or any amount of popularity, everyone begins to suppose the worse. Since winning this championship, people are popping up everywhere, judging whether I deserve this title and if am I truly champion worthy? Has everyone forgotten the reasons why I give everything I have for this company? Or the the fact that I've done everything I can to keep this place off the ground.
Never the less, let me tell you something.
Groups like the New Age will try and convince you that I am not the champion Thy WWE needs.
Superstars like the man I will be facing at WrestleMania V will tell you that I am not a true champion and that he could lead this place better than I can. There will be critics writing stories and rumors, how I don’t deserve this title, how I was handed this title.
Do me a favor and don’t listen to the negativity.
Blade leans forward, allowing his arms to rest on his knees. Blade allows his head to drop and he continues to speak.

They’ll do a good job on pushing it all into your face.
Their professional at it. Some of the things you hear will sound legit. People in this business will try and convince you all that “Blade LaVigne” is not the champion Thy WWE deserves.
I know I can’t make everybody happy, but I want all of you to watch the film, go back and watch match after match, week after week, the passion and dedication I brought and will continue to bring. Don’t judge me on assumptions, judge me on what I am able to do inside that ring. You’ve all seen my journey to the top. It wasn’t easy but I overcame everything that was put in my way.
Great superstars have fallen to me over the years.
Everyone underestimated me and I proved everyone wrong.
From Anarchy, to Oppression to Ascension. I’ve held this title for seven months and as long as I hold this title, Thy WWE will be in good hands. The future will remain bright and Thy WWE will remain safe.

Now let's talk about the match I find myself into tonight.
Kurt Orton gave me a challenge and I happily accepted.
I am set to face Kurt Orton’s good friend, Jon Moxley with Kurt Orton joining commentary.
Now, if you’re scratching your head and wondering who in the world is Jon Moxley, well, from what I took away from his promo earlier, Jon is a guy who doesn’t like whiny and I quote, “suck-ups who can’t wrestle.”
Jon Moxley had the balls to bring up my mother as well.
Now, to come into Thy WWE and be cocky and spitting out garbage is fine and dandy but you made a terrible mistake when talking about my mother.
Jon, you’re a nobody. The only reason why you find yourself in the main event against me is because I accepted to take it.
You don’t seem to know who I am Moxley, so, let me take a minute to introduce myself.
Jon, I came to Thy WWE as a nobody.
But I had a goal to one day change Thy WWE for the best. I wanted to lead this company back to the top. Week in and week out, I did whatever I had to do to continue my climb up the ranks. No one believed in what I was saying at the start. It took time but as the wins began to pile up, people began to open their eyes. People started to realize that I was becoming a threat. I took down former champions, Hall of Famers, and slowly, I began to earn my stripes.
My dream to become champion and to one day lead Thy WWE started to seem possible as I was entered into the Anarchy eight man elimination chamber world title match. NO ONE and I mean no one thought that I could actually win but like time and time again, I overcame seven great superstars and I became Thy WWE Champion.
LaVigne lifts the Thy WWE title over his head and cocks a grin at the camera. He brings it back down and places it on his shoulder. LaVigne continues to speak.

Sever months later, we find ourselves to today. We have Jon Moxley, cocky yet confident, a guy who has a chance of a lifetime. A chance to beat the world champion in a main event match. Will he fail and then disappear like before, or will he shock the world and get the victory?
I am Thy WWE Champion for a reason.
Thy WWE has a bright future because of me.
Jon, Kurt Orton blinded you just like he plans on doing to everyone if he becomes world champion...
I can’t let that happen.
I will not let that happen and I will do whatever it takes to retain this title come WrestleMania…
