Thy WWE Presents
Anarchy
Venue: Los Angeles, California at the Staples Center
ONE NIGHT OF PURE ANARCHY BEGINS
Anarchy's theme song begins to play off of the P.A system, starting the show.
Phil Latio: Welcome Ladies and Gentlemen, Welcome to Anarchy.
Don Chuckles: This is going to be an exciting night here at the sold out Staples Center here at Los Angeles, California
Phil Latio: And what a night as Anarchy will hold the first ever 8 Man Elimination Chamber Match in the History of Thy WWE.
Don Chuckles: But before we get to that we have our first match that we have tonight is for the television championship. Our General Manager Knight has made an official open battle royal for the main event.
As the Battle Royal is about to kick off Zak Shields’ music, Rule Britannia hits the arena and the fans go wild. Zak appears from out into the arena and the fans cheers reach an all-time high. Zak has his ring attire on with his British Brawler hoody on over the top. With a mic in one hand and his Television Title in the other. He slowly starts to walk down the ramp as he high fives his fans in the front rows.
Don Chuckles: “Why is Zak out here?”
Phil Latio: “Maybe he has come to watch the match unfold and find out who his first title defense will be against.”
Zak gets to the ring and rather than walking round to the announcers table he climbs up the steel stairs and he ducks under the top rope and into the ring. He climbs a nearby turnbuckle and he raises the TV title above his head as his music and the fans start to die down. Zak jumps down into the ring and he walks to the center as he places the TV Title over his shoulder and he raises the mic to his lips.
Zak Shields: “Well, well, well! It seems that no man in the back deems himself worthy to even contend for a shot at my Television Championship. I told Vince myself to put my Championship’s number one contender spot on the line and still no one is man enough to step into this ring with me. Tonight the eight men face off for the most prestigious prize in THY, The World Heavyweight Championship. Tonight you will all witness history in the making. Zak Shields is through being taken lightly. From now on the gloves are off.”
Zak takes the Title from his shoulder and places it on the mat in the middle of the ring.
Zak Shields: “This is my Title and I’m putting it on the line. Anyone, Anytime. Let the games begin.”
Zak drops the mic and Rule Britannia hits the arena again. Zak stands beside the Television Title and he raises both arms in the air and the fans go wild. Zak picks up his Title and he exits the ring and he slowly walks up the ramp.
Don Chuckles: “Well that was a short but straight to the point statement by the Television Champion.”
Phil Latio: “Well you heard him. He isn’t going to be taken lightly anymore. I see big things in that young man’s future.”
Don Chuckles: So I guess that means that there will not be an Open Battle Royal.
Phil Latio: Nope. But we still have to look forward to Xavior vs Shander which is up next.
Don Chuckles: So I guess that means that there will not be an Open Battle Royal.
Phil Latio: Nope. But we still have to look forward to Xavior vs Shander which is up next.
Match 1: Prince Xavier T'challa vs Bryn Shander
The stadium is shaken by a wave of boos and shouts of disgust as the music fills the arena. Slowly Prince Tchalla rises from center stage. He has a hood over his face and his head down but on the line " No one man should have all that power" He rears back, flipping his hood behind him and revealing his smug face to the disapproving crowd. At the same time he raises his hands upwards as if he were being showered with praise while and explosion of gold pyro explodes from the stage. After the pyro dies down Hakeem and Candice then enter from backstage and follow behind Xavier as he struts down the ramp talking trash to everybody along the way. As he gets to the front of the ring he stands and waits for both Hakeem and Candice to hold the second rope open for him. After a second of posturing he runs and jumps through the ropes doing a small somersault into the center of the ring. He then stands arms open as Hakeem takes off his hood attire and then goes to the top rope and poses again.
Next we hear the theme song for Bryn Shander kick on as his big screen video begins to play.
We watch Shander walk out from the back, as the fans in the arena remain neutral to one of Thy WWE’s newest superstars. A few people were talking after the effort he put on against Intercontinental Champion Triana, but a clear opinion has yet to be defined as we see him continue his stride down the ramp and get inside of the ring. Shander looks at Xaxier and snorts derisively as we see Xavier wave his two minions outside of the ring. We see Shander bounce around, trying to get himself warmed up as the music stops. Xavier, deciding to not wait for the referee to explain the rules, takes matters into his own hands as he runs up behind Shander and clubs him in the back with a double axe handle blow. Shander falls to a knee as Xavier continues to drop more clubbing blows. The referee runs up to admonish Xavier, but a venomous look from the combatant causes him to step back and instead simply decide to order the bell to be rung, making this match officially underway. Looking down and seeing his attack effective, we now see Xavier pull Shander up to his feet and club him in the stomach and then once in the chest. The weight behind it causes Shander to stagger backwards, and as Xavier charges, the momentum instantly changes as we see Shander hook Xavier and sting him with a power slam. Immediately hooking the leg and going for a pinfall out of instinct, we see the referee drop down and begin the count—1…2…NO! Xavier kicks out emphatically.
Don Chuckles: It’s gonna take more than a cheap shot to win this one Phil.
Phil Latio: This is gonna be fun….hehe
We then see Shander pull Xavier to his feet and hook him in an abdominal stretch in the center of the ring. Screaming for Xavier to give it up, we see the official come in to make sure Xavier is okay. Xavier is defiantly shaking his head no as Shander gets a quick grin on his face before clubbing Xavier in the chest twice. The referee points at Shander and screams at him to not do that again which only causes the Marine to chuckle. After looking straight at the referee before hitting one more clubbing blow of his own, we see Shander lift Xavier up into a pump handle and drop him down onto the mat. Xavier flops around momentarily holding his back, but quickly covers up as Shander mounts him and starts to hit some stiff sounding closed fist left and right hands. Blatantly defying the rules now, we see the referee get gutsy as he pushes Shander off of Xavier and warns him that if he doesn’t knock it off that he will get disqualified. Does he want to go out that way? I don’t think so…we see Xavier quickly try to pull himself to his feet, but he is dropped back down to the mat as Shander stings him with a big boot. Shander then immediately gets on top of Xavier and hooks both legs…the official slides into position and starts the count—1…2…NO! Xavier kicks out and Shander stands up and nods almost knowingly, like he was expecting it to take more than that to put his challenger away.
Don Chuckles: I can kind of see the rationale Shander used Phil, Xavier started off the match using those double axe handle clubbing blows, so he simply gave him a taste of his own medicine.
Phil Latio: Call it what you will Donny boy, this is awesome so far.
Xavier gets up quickly once again, and Shander walks over to inflict further damage. But Xavier surprises him with a clothesline, Shander doesn’t go down though and is simply rocked by it. Xavier kicks Shander in the stomach and throws another clothesline. The thud would be enough to knock down a lesser man, but Shander is still standing. We then see Xavier start throwing some right hands, before throwing another clothesline which knocks Shander backwards into the corner. Xavier quickly follows up by running and stinging Shander with a corner splash before delivering several knife edge chops. Shander winces with each stinging blow, and we can see the skin getting red from the damage. Xavier then jogs backwards and comes in a second time, sandwiching Shander with another corner splash. This time Shander staggers forwards, and Xavier drops down low, lifting Shander up onto his shoulders and slamming him down onto the mat with a samoan drop. Xavier then hits Shander with two elbows before rolling over and hooking the leg for the cover. The referee gets into position and makes the count—1…2…NO! Shander kicks out.
Don Chuckles: So far this has been really back and forth Phil.
Phil Latio: This is what it’s all about Don, both men who desperately want to be the best.
Xavier then gets back to his feet and awaits Shander to rise, when he gets back to his feet Xavier stings him with a right hand. But despite getting rocked, Shander quickly fires back with a left hand of his own. In the center of the ring, we now see Shander and Xavier thump each other with hard lefts and rights, going blow for blow until Xavier blocks a Shander left, kneeing him in the stomach before grabbing him by the head and dropping him into the mat with a DDT. Shander bounces off the mat and is staring up at the ceiling as Xavier gets back to his feet and bounces off the ropes. Coming back towards him, Xavier jumps up and connects with an elbow drop onto the chest of Shander before grabbing his legs and going for another cover. The referee slides into position and starts to administer the count—1…2…NO! He kicks out, and it is still apparent that Shander has a lot left in his tank.
Don Chuckles: First Shander dominating, and now Xavier. This could really go either way Phil.
Phil Latio: What did you expect?
Thoroughly in control, we now see Xavier pull Shander to his feet and once again knee him in the midsection. Xavier takes the arm of Shander and puts it over his head, before hitting him with a vertical suplex. Keeping the arm locked, we see Xavier gyrate his hips and we immediately know what he is going for. Xavier uses momentum to get himself and Shander back up, hitting a second vertical suplex, we see Xavier immediately shake and wiggle and get back up. Going for a third vertical suplex, to complete the Three Amigos trifecta, we see Shander block. Shander then tries to lift Xavier over for a vertical suplex, but now it’s Xavier who roots himself down. Xavier then uses muscle to heave Shander up and over, connecting with the third vertical suplex. Shander is holding his back on the mat as Xavier gets on top of him and goes for another cover. Screaming for the referee we see him slide into place and administer the count—1…2…NO! Shander kicks out and now we can see Xavier start to show some signs of frustration.
Don Chuckles: I can only wonder how deep Xavier is going to have to get this win.
Phil Latio: I hate your face
Don Chuckles: What?
Phil Latio: I’m sorry, impulse.
Xavier, standing up to his feet, tapping his head and getting a grin on his face, we see him look down at Shander and once again pull him to his feet. Trying to continue his domination, we see Xavier leap up and go for a dropkick, but Shander smacks his legs away and moves as Xavier falls to the mat. Xavier immediately springs back up and charges towards Shander, it looked almost as if he was going for a spear, but Shander is able to partially counter it and he has Xavier in a modified front face lock. Moving further up, we see Shander have a gut wrench on Xavier. Lifting his challenger up, we see Shander drill Xavier into the mat with a power bomb. The sound of Xavier’s body smacking into the mat, not only knocks the wind out of him, but also causes a few of the fans in the front row to wince. Shander then drops down and bear hugs around Xavier’s chest before pulling him to his feet. Shander then contorts his body and slams Xavier back down onto the mat with a belly to belly suplex before dropping down and going for another cover. It only takes the referee a moment to slide in and start to make the count—1…2…NO! Xavier kicks out and Shander wastes no time as he pulls Xavier up to his feet.
Don Chuckles: The tide has turned Phil, Shander is now on top once again.
Phil Latio: Gee Don, I couldn’t have deduced that on my own…thank you for your amazing detective skills.
Shander once again blatantly defies the rules as he thumbs Xavier in the eye before hooking him and slamming Xavier down and over his knee with a backbreaker. Xavier flops around on the mat, and Shander immediately gets back up and slaps his chest before throwing his hands in the air and bellowing defiantly. The fans boo for some reason, but the negative reaction only seems to make Shander smile as he goes towards the corner and slaps his leg. It looks as if Shander is gearing up to go for a big move and put this match away. Letting another defiant howl escape from his midsection, we see Shander charge as Xavier gets back to his feet. Lifting his leg, we see Shander go for a running pump kick, but Xavier is able to counter and kick Shander hard in the stomach. Seizing what may be his only chance to finish this, Xavier immediately hooks Shander and slams him into the mat with a Russian Leg Sweep. But Xavier is still hurt, and he is unable to go for the cover right away. It takes him a couple of seconds to go for the cover, and when he finally does, the referee makes the quick count—1…2...............NO!!!! Shander is able to lift his shoulder off the mat. The fans in the arena are starting to clap at the battle being fought between these two warriors. We can see Xavier clearly utter some vulgarities as he hooks the legs of Shander and go for a second cover—1……2……..NO!!!!!!
Don Chuckles: If Xavier would have gotten on top of Shander seconds earlier, we very well could have had a victor here.
Phil Latio: I was on the edge of my seat there Donny boy, I am definitely not gonna lie.
Looking towards the top rope, we see Xavier get a gleam in his eyes as he climbs onto the apron and starts to climb to the top rope. But Xavier, still weary from the damage caused is slow to get to the top rope. The extra time causes Shander to roll over and see what Xavier is going for. Finally Xavier stands tall on the top rope and panders to the crowd, leaping off we see him go for a Shooting Star Press. But in an amazing display of quickness, and in a move straight out of the Matrix, as Xavier flips through the air and comes down, we see Shander spring up and hit a kick, connecting square on Xavier’s head, as he lands and smacks the mat hard. A few fans try and get a holy shit chant started, as Shander shakes his head and drops down and goes for the cover. The referee slides in and makes the count—1…..2……..NO!!! Now it’s Xavier’s turn to kick out, and we can see Shander scream and curse. Punching Xavier in the head three times we see Shander go for another cover—1…….2……NO!!!!! Xavier kicks out. Not wasting any time, Shander tries a third time to go for the cover—1…….2…….NO!!!! Xavier kicks out and it is apparent that Xavier still has much fight left.
Don Chuckles: I don’t know who is going to take this Phil.
Phil Latio: I thought it was over there.
Shander goes back to the corner and once again slaps his leg, it looks like is going for the same running pump kick that he missed the first time. It takes Xavier a few moments to use the ropes to get back to his feet, once again we see Shander charge and leap for it, but Xavier is able to use his instincts and sidestep again. Xavier then grabs Shander and tries to use his own momentum against him and go for the Off With His Head. But Shander is able to counter and muscle Xavier up and into crucifix position. Realizing the spot that he is in, Xavier flops around and fights for dear life. Knowing that he needs to hit the move before he loses it, Shander flings a still wriggling Xavier forward. Xavier lands at a sick angle on the mat as his neck hits first stiffly and his body folds backwards. Jesus Christ, that could be a broken neck. Xavier’s body crumples in a heap and he lies still, folded on the mat. We can see Shander, apparently shocked himself for a moment, force Xavier over onto his back and the referee slides into position and once again makes the count. Does Xavier have the heart in him to kick out? Is he able to kick out? 1………….2……………..3!!!!!!
This match is over, Shander has won this war. Rolling off of Xavier, we see Shander have a look of thankful-ness in his eyes that this is finally over. The referee looks down at Xavier and checks on him to make sure that he didn’t break his neck. We see Xavier’s eyes open and him be responsive to the referee, which is good.
Don Chuckles: Shander did it Phil, but I know he was not expecting such a war from Xavier.
Phil Latio: I disagree Donny, I think Shander knew Xavier was going to fight tonight. I see a great future for this guy.
Shander gets his hand raised as his theme song kicks on once again. He exits the ring and starts to walk up the ramp as the camera zooms in close on Xavier, who simply mouths that “this isn’t over”. While I don’t know what that means, one fact that remains indisputable is that on this night, it was Bryn Shander who was the better man. We see Shander disappear behind the curtain and Xavier’s two minions come into the ring to help their man up as the show goes to an advertisement break.
