Thy WWE Presents: Wrestlemania II
Date: October 2nd, 2011
Venue: Staples Center in Los Angleles, CA
RP Limit: One
RP Deadline: October 2, 2011 at 10 PM (PST)
---
This is the moment that every superstar on the roster lives to compete for. The showcase of the immortals, the grandest stage of them all; Wrestlemania. So much has changed here around Thy WWE from the first day all the way to the six hundredth day now, to the point that last years show was a blockbuster and the pressure will be on both General Manager Starr and General Manager Valentino to up the ante this year. I think the two of them are more then capable of delivering though, especially with the case of brand rivalry that has developed as of late, which seems to be pushing both men to do better. In the end, it will be you fans that benefit from this competition.
---
"The Saviour" Jacob Senn vs. Drew McIntyre
(Thy WWE Intercontinental Title)
We've seen our new Intercontinental Champion try and engage General Manager Starr in negotiations for the past couple of weeks, at first getting nowhere, but finally coming to some sort of amicable deal recently. Exactly what has yet to be known, but rumors are buzzing that it will be revealed in time. Honestly though, I'd be more concerned with the dangerous threat posed by Drew McIntyre, a man who has been red hot since debuting here. If Jacob doesnt get his priorities straight, we very well could see the crowning of a new champion.
Austin Starr/Kenneth Walker vs. Alex Kendall/Caitlin Callihan
From the moment that Caitlin Callihan defeated General Manager Starr back in their SCW days, it planted an obsession that has been eating away at the General Manager for the past year. Signing the devious Alex Kendall to Thy WWE was revealed only to be an attempt to finally get his chance at revenge. We all know Austin was retired since Oppression, along with Kenneth Walker, but both men are making one final stand together in the ring, with Austin looking for redemption and Kenneth is simply looking out for the security of Thy WWE. Either way, this is gonna be amazing.
Christian Knight vs. Michael "Citizen X" Carter
When Christian Knight came onto the scene, he was handpicked by General Manager Starr to be apparently set for great things. But for reasons unknown, Knight has struggled. Along with his struggles, we've seen Knight meander in a sad state of mediocrity. This has apparently not sat right with Michael Carter, a known sociopath which delusions of self deserved grandeur. Carter has told Christian Knight that he is going to help him get on the right path, whether he likes it or not. I don't know how or what Christian is going to do, but when the bell rings, it's going to be anybody's guess.
"The Saviour" Jacob Senn vs. Aaron vs. POT vs. Stalker Knight vs. Mark Greenberg
(Ladder Match--Contract for a World title shot on the line)
It's only fitting that on the grandest stage of them all, we have a match showcasing talent all hungry to break through the proverbial glass ceiling. These five men will be in the ring at the same time, but only one can scale the ladder to get the prize. In a business such as this, careers can be made in an instant. Who will climb up and grab the proverbial glass ring? Who will take control of his own destiny? Each of these men have merits on their own on why they should be a champion, but contests such as this, it doesnt matter what your merits are...it just matters what you can accomplish in the ring. Tune in, it's gonna be incredible.
Opening Match Battle Royal
(For those not booked elsewhere on the card)
Even in a moment where you are left off the card doesnt mean that you still can't make an impact. I'm sure whomever shows up for this match will still be looking to make the most of the opportunity given to compete.
Triple H vs. Sheamus
(Thy WWE Unified World Title)
When we first heard the announcement of Sheamus vs. The Undertaker back on Raw, it got the entire locker room buzzing. The match that they fought turned out to be a true war, a passing of the torch almost as Sheamus pulled out the close victory and really made himself look good going into Wrestlemania. While on the other hand, his opponent Triple H, recently suffering a humbling loss at the hands of the man who he threw out last to win the Rumble in Dominic Reynolds, seems to have gotten himself re-focused. Talk is swirling that the loss to Reynolds was exactly what Triple H needed, as he is training even harder and focusing even more on this huge opportunity at hand. These two men will clash in our main event, but in the end, only one will get his hand raised and get to truly call himself champion.
Dominic Reynolds vs. Xavier Oden
(If Reynolds fails to defeat Oden, he will be fired)
Now it really is time to put up or shut up. This is the final chance for Dominic Reynolds to get revenge here against his nemesis Xavier Oden. For months we have seen Oden get the best of Reynolds time and time again, even defeating him at Attrition. At first Oden was ducking this match, but then in a change of heart it was actually he who went to General Manager Starr and got this match booked. Will Reynolds be able to finally avenge his loss to Oden and get himself back on the winning track? Or will the grand stage be the final time we seen Dominic in a Thy WWE ring? Guess we shall see.
