Biography: Killa Jay Combs is going on his eight year in the wrestling business and has already accomplished so much. In 2006, a masked wrestler named Herne the Hunter lost his mask in the Championship Rasslin Federation when he turned on Hell's Angels. He jumped to the upstart D.O.A. stable when he saved D.O.A. founder, Warrior, from fellow Hell's Angel, Magician. Combs and Warrior went on to win the CRF Tag Team Titles. Warrior was injured and Combs was told he would be defending the tag titles in a handicap match. That was until Combs revealed that his cousin, American Soldier, Josh Kerby, had returned to the CRF to help him defend the titles.
Combs was also in long standing Indy federation, NIWF. The NIWF was basically where Combs developed his main event status. He grabbed huge victories over bigger names in NIWF. He eventually was stuck on the mid card. While in NIWF, Combs was given a chance to join the sister federation, UHWF. While in UHWF, owner Jackson Steele decided to throw all the competition at Combs and make it hard on him. Combs was entered into a tag team title tournament with a former Russian ballet dancer named Andrei Lenaski. Lenaski and Combs shocked the world when they became tag team champions. Lenaski was attacked backstage and the titles were vacated after a month reign.
The attacker was Combs who said he was tired of carrying Lenaski. He was ready for the big times. In this time period he added WWU titles (Hardcore, United States, tag), a reign as GCW International Champion, and an NIWF Television Title run. Combs fought his way to the UHWF World Heavyweight Title which he lost to rival Eddie Stitchard.
By this time, Combs joined the third of the "Big Three" feds, XHCW. XHCW was founded by Greg Anthony and was known as one of the biggest gambles in wrestling history. After a contract dispute, Combs was "killed" in the ring by Chris Thantos. Combs returned to CRF and NIWF.
While being held back in both federations he began to realize that XHCW was his best opportunity. The thing is, XHCW owner, Greg Anthony had renamed the company, Fusion Championship Wrestling, and Combs began contact. Combs reappeared in FCW attacking FCW World Champion Jaden Zion. Combs lost to Zion the following week and went on a month and a half losing streak before he did the unthinkable. A gang of non US citizens were taking FCW by storm. Led by Nick Taylor the Empire was forming to take out the FCW one by one.
Nick Taylor was facing Jaden Zion for the World Title when Combs interfered helping Taylor capture the gold for the Empire. Later that night it was announced that Jay Combs would face Nick Taylor for the FCW Title at the Tribute to the Troops show. Combs would go on to defeat Taylor and capture the FCW Title. He would hold the title until January when he went on to lose it to Extreme Machine.
Combs retired until now where he is coming back to Thy WWE.
