Jim Ross: Welcome to this week of Monday Night RAW!
King: This is the week before the PPV JR! I can't wait!
JR: Well lets start the show!
Hanna Beth(c) vs Natalya Hart
The womens championship match! First out, was none other than the Natalya, coming from the famous Hart Dynasty. Looking great as usual, she walked down the ramp to a mediocre amount of cheers. She walked down with passion and it looked like she was really focused on this match. She got in the ring and awaited our Women’s Champion.
“Woo Hoo!” Startrukk blasted through the PA system and Hanna Beth came out. She was carrying the shiny, Women’s title. As hanna made her way down the ramp, the title glared and she held it with pride. She got in the ring, took off her belt and raised it high to a much larger amount of cheers than Natalya. She then took off the belt and gave it to the ref, who handed it to the timekeeper. He then signaled for the match to begin
From the start, Hanna Beth was dominating, and it looked as if Natalya wasn’t even there, she shouldn’t have been there at least. Then, the tides turned. Natalya starting gaining momentum and finally was in the drivers seat.
Hanna was groggy and Natalya was stalking her. Natalya grabbed her and hit a German Suplex on her! It seemed it didn’t hurt Beth too much, but it made her lose momentum. Natalya then went for it all, she tried to hook Hanna up with the sharpshooter, but Hanna was resisting. Hanna and finally kicked Natalya out of the way and got up. Neidhart charged at Beth, but Beth kicked her in the gut, locked her head and hit her signature British Kiss-Snap DDT! That was all! Hanna Beth went for the pin, 1,2...3!
Hanna Beth got up with a happy look on her face, she had retained her title. The ref handed her her title and then Hanna celebrated.
Winner- Hanna Beth
Reason- Natalya no-showed
JR: I love Hanna Beth..she is so talented hey King!
King: Yeah..but JR..Puppies! You have to love the puppies!
JR: Wow King.
Alexander Kendall vs 20 Pack
20 pack's theme music begins to play as he walks onto the stage. 20 Pack is recieved a few cheers but mostly boos. We walks down the ramp and he slides into the ring. He cocks a smirk and waits for his opponent, aka Alexander Kendall. The lights begin to flicker on and off as Kendall's theme song begins to play off of the PA system. He may be new but he is given the love that a world champion would had gotten. This match was said to be awesome match and to be honest it wasn't that bad.
Both fought with everything they had and both looked really good. Alex hit a quick suplex and continues it with another suplex. Alex pins 20 and 20 kick out at 1.
Alex picks up Pack and hits a few multiple form arms and then irish whips him into the ropes. 20 Pack comes back and hits a cross body on Alex. 20 goes for a quick pin but just gets a one count.
This match went back and fourth for a few minutes but Alex was able to put 20 Pack on his shoulder. Kendall connects with the Vae Victis. Alex pins 20 Pack and pins the motionless 20 pack for the three.
Winner: Alexander Kendall
JR: What a match King!
King: 20 Pack put up a good fight but wasn't able to pull through.
JR: Next we have HBK vs the new comer Cody Dementium!
Cody Dementium vs Shawn Michaels
On the Thy WWE website this match looked like it was going to be huge. But..I wasn't. Shawn Michael is known for his exciting back and fourth matches with people but in this match he looked more dead then anything.. The match began with both men inside of the ring. Cody hit a hard clotheline knocking HBK down. Cody began to stomp on HBK's arm, looks like he may be working on it for some reason.
Cody picks up the Heart Break Kid and connects with a Snap DDT. Then picks him up again and hits a powerbomb. HBK looks out. Cody places Shawn Michaels in a sharpshooter. Shawn can't bare the pain and he taps.
Winner: Cody Dementium
Note: Shawn you need to rp man.
King: Wow, I have never seen HBK get man handle like that before...
JR: Me neither King...me neither.
Kane vs Rob Van Dam
One of the biggest matches of the night was next: Kane vs. Rob Van Dam. Both men have held numerous world titles, so everyone thought it’d be great. Rob Van Dam’s music hit, to an expected huge pop. Doing his signature taunt as soon as he is visible by everyone. As he does it, a RVD chant breaks out.
“RVD! RVD! RVD!” the fans shouted and Rob Van Dam made his way down the ramp, tagging his fans hands who were behind the guard rail. He slid into the ring, and did a summer sault and sprung up doing his taunt again. Still the fans were chanting RVD. He then looked at the entrance way and started hopping around, awaiting Kane.
It was about a good fifteen seconds of silence, before Kane’s music hit. Everyone looked on, even RVD, but no Kane. A minute later, still no Kane. His music stopped and RVD looked unhappy. All of a sudden, the lights went out for a good thirty seconds. Lights came back on, and RVD was out. Motionless he layed on the mat. Everyone was in a state of shock.
RVD was still down, and not moving and everyone looked on, not knowing what had happened. EMT’s rushed out and two men were dragging a stretcher down the ramp. The EMTs slid RVD to the side of the ring and put him in the stretcher. They put a neck brace on him and rolled him to the back. What the hell just happened?
Winner - No Contest?
JR: What just happen?
King: Where is Kane JR?
JR: No clue..Hope RVD is alright though.
Randy Orton vs AJ Styles
The fans were buzzing with excitement for this match. TNA’s former best vs. WWE’s former best, in AJ Styles vs. Randy Orton. AJ styles was out first and it was his debut match in Thy WWE, and he was looking to make an impression. He walked out to a decent sized fan cheer. He walked down to the ramp looking cocky, but knowing what he was getting into. He slid into the ring and did his taunt to an even bigger pop.
“I Hear Voices…” Rev Theory blasted in the arena to a huge pop, probably one of the biggest pops of the night as Randy Orton coming out. Randy walked out slowly, but surely. As he stepped on the top of the ramp, he did his taunt by extending his arms. He then walked down the ramp and got in the ring. The ref got in the middle of the two and signaled for the bell.
The match began with a grapple and from the beginning you can see both men were willing to impress. Let’s go AJ! Let’s go Orton! The crowd yelled back and fourth as they were into this match as well. Both men had their fair share of momentum in the beginning as it went back and fourth.
As the match got on, Randy Orton got more momentum. He looked to be unstoppable during the middle of the match. For about a two minute period, AJ didn’t hit anything on Orton and it looked like Orton was going for the win.
AJ Style was down and on his hands and knees and Orton was going to go from the punt, but he missed. AJ got up quickly and cloth lined him down. The fans went crazy and cheered loudly trying to get their favorite wrestler to get up.
AJ was up first, followed by Orton. The two traded punches. Orton punched, Styles punched, Orton punched, Styles punched, Styles punched, Styles punched, AJ off the ropes, yes! What a elbow. AJ got up and went to the top rope. Yes!!! Flying Cloth line! He picked up Randy Orton, who was dazed and grabbed him and…STYLES CLASH!! Pin, 1.....2.....KICKOUT!
AJ begins to argue with the ref telling him it was three...Orton is about up, AJ Turns around and RKO RKO Randy Orton hits the RKO and gets the three!.
Winner- Randy Orton
JR: Wow..RKO pulls a huge upset.
King: I am happy, beating that TNA loser!
JR: Calm down King..AJ was good and also won!
IC title match
HHH(C) vs Rey Mysterio vs Brian Gunn
Next match was one of the night’s best: The Intercontinental Title match involving the two challengers, Brian Gunn and Rey Mystero and the title holder, Triple H. Many fans came to see this match and all of them were not disappointed as this match lived up to expentations.
Rey Mysterio was out first to a hell of a lot of boos. He didn’t care though, Rey was a cocky, individual and didn’t care what people thought. He walked down the ramp getting a lot of heat from the fans. He slid in the ring and raised his hand in the air as the fans booed even more!
Out next was the other challenger, Brian Gunn to a mixed reaction. Brian was two and zero and many people looked at Brian Gunn as a threat. The main reason he got the title shot was that he was too good for the low card and slowly moved up the mid card and eventually he’d hit the main event.
He walked down the ramp, showing little to no reactions. This cocky, young, superstar looked to be ready as he knew that he had a chance to become the Intercontinental Champion in only his third match. He got into the ring and stood in the opposite side of the ring as Mysterio.
Are you ready to play the game? The current title holder, Triple H made his way out next. He spit water and looked to be really not focused on the match, but to make himself look good. He walked down the ramp, took a sip from his bottle and tossed it into section 123. He then got up on the apron and shit his water as the crowd went nuts. He took off his belt and handed it to the ref. Ref handed it to Tony Chimel and signaled for the bell.
Immediately, Triple H and Rey Mysterio immediately went after Brian Gunn. Both hitting him with a fury of kicks. One kick landed Brian on the ropes. You know what time it is? Someone dial…the 619! 619 on Brian Gunn. Brian rolled out of the ring, down and now it was between the champ, Triple H and Rey Mysterio.
Triple H and Rey grappled up with Rey taking the upper hand. Rey Mysterio hit HHH with a fury of unorthodox kicks and eventually knocked Triple H just to his knees. Rey looked back and fourth and ran towards the ropes and dropped kicked Triple H right in the chin. Triple H was in the ropes! Rey looked back and fourth! 619 again, but this time on Triple H! Mysterio stood on the apron.
Triple H was motionless in the middle of the ring, and Mysterio was ready to fly and hit him with a splash, but Brian Gunn pulled Mysterios legs! Mysterio was out outside the ring! Gunn slid in! No! He hooked HHH’s legs! 1,2.…3!!!!
New champion! Brian Gunn has captured the Intercontinental Championship, in only his third match. Wow, that was Mysterio’s match to lose and Gunn cheated Rey out of his title! That title should be on Rey’s shoulder if it weren’t for Gunn’s wits! One word to describe this match: Wow!
Winner- Brian Gunn
Reason- Had the better collection of roleplays.
JR: New IC champion!
King: Gunn did it, Brian Gunn won the title!
JR: Now its time for the main event..
And now, the WWE Championship match! Undertaker has been rolling as of late and the Miz…well let’s just say he’s going through a rough stretch.
The Miz was out first, looking a bit wacky as usual. He didn’t seem to be scared though as he made his way prancing down the ramp, tagging his fans hands. It seemed as if Undertaker didn’t scare him at all; he should’ve thought that one over.
Undertaker was out next, to his signature entrance. He looked creepier than ever and wore his title belt around his waist. Taker had no emotion on his face. He was facing the Miz and he wanted to end Miz’s antics. Undertaker got to the steps and removed his hat as the fans screamed with excitement. He made his way in the ring and took off his belt.
The Miz charged at Undertaker, but Taker hit him with a huge Big Boot. Wow, Miz looked like an idiot there. Undertake then picked up Miz and went for the choke slam, but Miz fought it off. The Miz elbowed Taker so much, Taker released the hold.
The Miz seemed to be gaining something at least and went across the ropes and tried to hit a body tackle, but didn’t move Taker at all. He tried again, but didn’t move Taker again. He tried a third time, but Taker caught him with a big sidewalk slam.
Miz was screaming in pain. Undertaker grabbed Miz by the hand and picked him up and walked him over to the corner of the ring. With one of the Miz’s hands in his had, Undertaker walked up the turnbuckle and onto the ropes. Old School! Miz’ arm is twitching on the mat.
Undertaker does his signature taunt as if he it was a knife over his throat. Miz was about to get up, but fell back down. Taker was going to pick him up, but the lights went out again. The second time in the night that this happened. Is this a coincidence?
The lights came back on, with the Miz still on the ground and Undertaker standing up, but behind him was the story! It was Kane! Undertaker turned around, Kane scooped him and hit the tombstone piledriver! Wow! The ref signaled for the bell.
Kane then looked at Undertaker and walked out of the ring and back to the back. Undertaker and Miz layed in ring motionless as the fans were in a complete state of shock. The WWE logo flashed over the screen and Raw had concluded.
