Prologue
Before their match even happened, Kurt Angle and Chris Jericho have shown their deep rooted enmity for each other as the two got into a pre-match altercation which lead into brawl which Chris Jericho almost got his ankle broken. When things seem to have cooled down, they got heated back up again when Chris Jericho, against his own word, took Kurt Angle's gold medals in an endeavor to prove how the fans are worthless to Kurt Angle. Angle, unbeknownst to these transpired events, is now walking back to his locker room unaware of the horrors that await him.

::Tit For Tat::
The cameras open up to Kurt Angle walking down a backstage hallway. As he walks, the viewers can see backstage crew having a conversation amongst themselves. Even a few WWE superstars can be seen chatting amongst themselves talking about Lord knows what. Kurt Angle turns a corner. Judging the position of the light fixtures and boxes, Kurt Angle is heading to his locker room. Before he gets an farther, he hears the frantic rhythm of footsteps close behind him. As they get closer, faint panting can also be heard. The alias of the person is still unknown until the person calls out Kurt Angle's name a few times. Kurt Angle, now with a puzzled look painted on his face, turns around to face the figure that was following him. The figure stops, bending over and resting his hands on his knees to catch his breath.
::Kurt Angle::
"Micheal Cole? What'd you want?"

Judging the position of the light fixtures and boxes, Kurt Angle is heading to his locker room. Before he gets an farther, he hears the frantic rhythm of footsteps close behind him. Kurt Angle, now with a puzzled look painted on his face, turns around to face the figure that was following him. The figure stops, bending over and resting his hands on his knees to catch his breath.
::Kurt Angle::
"Micheal Cole? What'd you want?"
Michael Cole puts on of his hands up with his index finger pointing upwards to the ceiling signaling Kurt to give him a minute to catch his breath. Once he does, Michael says what's on his mind, but it's hard to understand him because he's saying his words in between pants..
::Michael Cole::
"Kurt.............Jericho...........trashed.........."
Michael Cole coughs and exhales more air before continuing. Kurt Angle, with his arms crossed and right eyebrow elevated, looks testy and impatient at Cole's failed attempt at communication.
::Michael Cole::
"....room...........stole...........med........"
::Kurt Angle::
"Michael, no offense, but I don't have time for this crap, okay? You saw what happened out there? I need my mind to be clear as possible for me to finally become the World Heavyweight Champion. I've had enough obstacles as it is and I don't need another one. Now if you'll excuse me..........."
Before Kurt Angle advances his way towards his locker room, Michael grabs his shoulder. Whatever Michael wants seems really important, so Kurt Angle puts his own agenda to a temporary halt in order to hear out Michael Cole's seemingly frantic message. Michael Cole takes one more giant gasp of breath before continuing
::Michael Cole::
"Sorry, about that. Damn, I really need to run a marathon. Anyways, enough of that. While you were making you're way back here, Chris Jericho, got here first, broke into your locker room, and.........."
Kurt Angle's eyes expand as wide as dinner plates at Michael Cole's message. In fact, they were so wide, that any six year old who saw him thought that they accidentally walked in a Bugs Bunny cartoon. Kurt Angle, not caring for the rest, pushes Michael Cole out the way and sprints to his locker room with Michael Cole far behind. He opens the door and to his surprise, everything is in a disarray. Water bottles, a lamp, a few plants and even a portarit of the Olympic Gold medalist litter his floor. One of his bags, now opened, festooned his doorknob like a boquet in a prom date's hair. Kurt Angle slowly walks around the place looking at all the damage that Chris Jericho has done. More footsteps are heard outside his door. It's Michael Cole again. Kurt Angle suddenly spins around to face Cole.
::Michael Cole::
"That's what i was trying to tell you. Chris Jericho came in here, trashed the place looking for your......."
::Kurt Angle::
"Looking for what?! Money, clothes, watches?! What'd he take?!!?"
::Michael Cole::
"Your medals."
Kurt Angle, stops looking around. His is standing there, almost motionless as he tries to gather his thoughts together. It's not clear whether he's happy or not. Michael Cole walks up closer to him.
::Michael Cole::
"I know this may be tough for you, but that's what went down. I.........."
Kurt Angle's face lights up all of a sudden as he starts chuckling a little bit, much to Cole's shock, then, he doubles over and starts laughing hysterically. Either Kurt Angle was a big time Joker fan, or somehow, some way, he found a way in which his gold medal being stolen was humorous.
::Michael Cole::
"Um.........Kurt? Didn't you hear what I sa......"
Kurt Angle stops laughing for a second to respond to Michael Cole's question at Kurt's cryptic response to his medals abduction.
::Kurt Angle::
"Of course I did. How old do you think I am? Eighty?"
::Michael Cole::
"No, but.........."
::Kurt Angle::
"Cole, Cole, Cole. You just don't get it, do you? That thing doesn't mean a damn thing to me anymore. I told the entire world that. Whether I have them or not, I am still an Olympic gold medalist. Another thing is, I find it pretty desperate that this is the best Jericho has to get under my skin. For a second there, I thought he stole something IMPORTANT."
Michael Cole, now with a better understanding of Kurt's emotions, asks him a follow up question.
::Michael Cole::
"That's good to here, but Kurt, I think there's more to it than what you said. I mean, I'm glad you're alright, but that look on your face before you started laughing looked like you had some kind of dirt on Jericho. That somehow, what happened here somehow puts a dent in Jericho's character."
Kurt Angle loks over at Michael Cole at astonishment.
::Kurt Angle::
"Damn. How'd you figure all of that out? You some kind of mindreader?"
::Michael Cole::
"Well, no, actually........"
::Kurt Angle::
"Yeah, yeah, that's nice. Anyways, you're right. I do have some kind of dirt on Jericho's character. Jericho has been known as a self-righteous bastard, who doesn't do the worng thing and no matter how blantant the evidence is that shows him he's not, he refuses to believe it. But I have proof he isn't what he says he is. You see, Jericho said that if and ONLY if he beats me tonight, he can have my Olympic gold medals. I agreed to those terms. But the match doesn't even start and he already makes off with them. That shows Jericho that not only is he's not a man of his own word, but that he's the thing that he despises the most. A hypocrite."
Kurt Angle tunrs around to face the camera that for the past four minutes up until this point, he has been ignoring.
::Kurt Angle::
"Chris, you stealing my medals may not have been a big deal, but I do not like to be cheated out of a deal. But I do have to admit, you are indeed the best in the world at what you do. If by that, you mean, exposing yourself as the hypocrite you really are. Sicne you wanna play games with me, I'm gonna play one with you. You've heard the expression, "Tit for Tat", haven't you? Well that's what I'M gonna do. Tonight, in our cage match, since you stole gold from ME, I'm gonna take your gold from YOU. That's right. The World Heavyweight Championship, but now, my methods are gonna be more brutal. You better call up the Oprah Show, and book your ass on there for a whole month because that is the only that you will even come close to mentally recoverign what I'm gonna do to you tonight. Oh it's real......."
Kurt Angle walks up closer to the camera and says three familiar words in a hushed tone yet still hinting traces of fury and revenge.
::Kurt Angle::
"It's....damn......real."
With that, Kurt Angle leaves his locker room. Before the scene fades to black, the viewers get a last look at Kurt Angle's locker room, yet more fuel for Kurt Angle's quest for Jericho's head on a silver platter.
