History speaks of great men ushering in new eras or being pioneers of change. We were fortunate enough to witness such a new era be ushered into the world of professional wrestling at this past Ascension PPV spectacular. We saw new champions get crowned and a first time Rumble winner in Barton realize his dream and stamp his ticket to the Wrestlemania 3 main event.
---
MONDAY NIGHT RAW
'Missing Link' by Curve roars over the sound speakers, with the fans immediately bursting into cheers. Alex Kendall - former Champion - makes his way out onto the stage in plain street clothes, with two things visibly missing; the usual confident smile on his face and the World Heavyweight title around his waist and on his shoulder. He seems dejected, whilst still grateful for the reaction.
Phil Latio - Speaking of Ascension, we saw more history made than just the Rumble. Sheamus failed to arrive for his World Heavyweight championship rematch - and no sooner than Alex Kendall was about to take leave, not just from the match but what looked like the company - 'The Prodigy' Kurt Orton came out fresh from his Rumble performance and challenged Kendall to a match there and then. It was a close back and forth encounter that ended with a new champion.
Julian Chichy - Kendall was robbed! He wasn't ready for a match with Orton, he didn't have his head in the game!
Don Chuckles - What are you still here for?
Kendall climbs up into the ring, microphone in hand. He pauses, gratefully accepting the barrage of applause, and chants of 'Thank you Alex'.
Alex Kendall
- You know, I haven't put a lot of thought into this, because defeat was something I tried to avoid thinking about in the first place, so you'll excuse me if this isn't the most well-rehearsed speech.---

Alex Kendall
The crowd doesn't care, interrupting with another cheer, which makes him laugh for a second.
Alex Kendall - The funny thing is, all the past week, people haven't been talking to me as if I've lost the title, or had my win streak ended, but they talk to me as if I've died - like they're wishing me well in the next life. As if they're more heartbroken that it's all over than I am. This might surprise a lot of you, but I don't take defeat as heavily as some of the others in the back.
He glances down at the empty space on his shoulder, neither Thy WWE or SCW title to weigh it down.
Alex Kendall - It was an inevitible ending; not just to the streak, but to the match. See, I came into Ascension looking for the biggest rematch of my life, and had to stand there and listen to the music impotently play knowing full well that he wasn't going to come out. So just as my will to be there is deflating like a balloon, Kurt Orton appears with fire in his eyes and in his stomach, and I'm unashamed to say that the reason he won because he wanted it more that night.
The crowd doesn't seem to agree, booing loudly.
Alex Kendall - Why would I be upset about that? Why would I be upset about finally getting what I wanted out of the Thy WWE roster?
He doesn't seem to have reassured them much, but he continues regardless.
Alex Kendall - Kurt won because he had the heart for the match and I didn't, but that doesn't mean the fire is extinguished completely, because from all those bruises and stretches, Kurt knows and all of you know that when it comes to technical wrestling, submissions, catch-as-catch-can and resilience, I am still the greatest professional wrestler in the company today.
Another loud cheer and applause.
Alex Kendall - Kurt and Barton can breathe easy, because I've the common sense to realise this is their moment now. I'm not going to bother with my rematch clause because I'd be treading into a scene that doesn't need me anymore. Nor can I get too frustrated over the end of the streak, because it was never going to last forever.
An uneasy murmering is spreading throughout the crowd.
Alex Kendall - And let's be honest...there's only one streak in this business people care about.
The biggest grin slowly spreads across Kendall's face. The crowd become louder, waiting for an answer - that never comes. He drops the microphone to the mat and heads to the rampway, 'Missing Link' picking up over the sound system.
Don Chuckles - Only one streak...? What did he mean by that?
We’re left wondering just what Alex was talking about as the show goes to a commercial break.

RETURN FROM BREAK

“My Own Hell” by Five Finger Death Punch is blasting out over the speakers when we return from the commercial break. The fans start to stand and boo General Manager Starr as he slowly walks out onto the stage and just looks around the arena. Nodding as if he was almost expecting the hate from the arena fans, we see Austin walk down the ramp and get inside of the ring, we can see his already armed with a microphone as he locks eyes with some of the more especially vocal fans at ringside who are actually trying to hop the security barrier. They are easily restrained though as Austin just smiles in the ring.
Don Chuckles: Can you blame these fans for reacting the way they are?
Phil Latio: Austin promised that he would finally get back to business now that he finally defeated Callihan. Austin as a businessman can make some magic happen when he is truly focused as he has proven on more than one occasion.
Julian Chichy: I’ll believe it when I see it.
Once Austin’s music cuts off he doesn’t waste any time as he lifts the microphone to his mouth and starts to speak.
General Manager Starr: Given how I’ve been acting the past several months I guess I can’t say that I’m surprised that I get that kind of reaction when I walk down that ramp now can I?
No matter, I made a promise to myself and to the entire Thy WWE populace that if I was able to come out victorious at Ascension that I was going to get my priorities straight. My business and my family would once again become my two main points of interest. Starting with tonight, I promised an announcement that would change the history of Thy WWE forever.
What is it?
You see I have watched for far too long fellow great men come and go from this business without getting any of the recognition that they deserve. Men who give their blood, sweat, and tears for this industry only to be cast aside like yesterday’s trash once their usefulness has been outlived. Many greats have come and competed for Thy WWE, and the days of them no longer being remembered or recognized are over.
I am incredibly proud to announce that this year Thy WWE will inaugurate its first annual Hall of Fame class. And it gives me a great honor to announce this year’s first and leading candidate is….
All eyes shift towards the arena big screen as General Manager Starr points, but before a graphic can come up, we instead hear “No Chance” blasting out over the arena speakers and Thy WWE owner Vince McMahon saunters out and down the ramp with his trademark swagger. Mr. McMahon motions for a microphone from the ringside crew and comes nose to nose with General Manager Starr.
Mr. McMahon: What’s the matter Mr. Starr, you look surprised to see me!
General Manager Starr: Not at all Mr. McMahon, just an unexpected surprise is all.
Mr. McMahon: You know something Mr. Starr, you talk too damn much and honestly nobody cares what you have to say.
Cheers from the crowd in support of Mr. McMahon can be heard as Mr. McMahon goes on.
Mr. McMahon: You see Mr. Starr you’ve been getting a little too big for your own good lately. You’ve been walking around with a chip on your shoulders, carrying yourself like YOU’RE THE boss and like it’s YOUR name on the corporate charter. Mr. Starr, this is MY company; not yours. I sign the paychecks, not you! Hell I sign your paycheck Mr. Starr, I can do whatever the hell I want, whenever the hell I want. I’m VINCE MCMAHON DAMN IT!!!
General Manager Starr: As true as tha-
Mr. McMahon: Cut his damn mic off! I’m not done talking yet.
As ordered, we see Austin’s mic cut off.
Mr. McMahon: Do you know what I wanna do Mr. Starr? Huh! I think I wanna be recognized for everything that IVE done for Thy WWE. I think it’s about time my name…VINCE MCMAHON!!! get some recognition around here. That’s why I am announcing right now that the first and front running candidate for this year’s inaugural Hall of Fame class is MEEE! You don’t like that Mr. Starr?
Well TOO DAMN BAD!!!!!
“No Chance” once again blasts out over the arena speakers as Mr. McMahon pushes his way past General Manager Starr and exits the ring and walk up the ramp, disappearing backstage seconds later. Seconds later we see Austin just shake his head and exit the ring, walking up the ramp as “My Own Hell” by Five Finger Death Punch blasts out. The shot then goes over to the announcer team who look to be shocked at what they just heard.
Don Chuckles: A class act by General Manager Starr, but ruined by the boss.
Phil Latio: Can you blame him though; I mean Austin did almost hand the company over to Alex Kendall. He has been running around like he is the boss, now Mr. McMahon has asserted his dominance and reminded Austin just who the man in charge is.
Don Chuckles: But do you think Mr. McMahon deserves to have his name immortalized in the Hall of Fame?
The three announcers just look befuddled as the show goes to a commercial break.

Steve Cruise: Here is your winner and still Television Champion, Brian Gunn!
Winner: Brian Gunn in 9:30 via Heart Breaker.
Brian stands there at the end of the match with both his arms raised in the air as he turns a full circle looking out into the stands as the fans in the arena are going wild chanting his name and cheering for him then after a few moments Brian lowers his arms and as he does the ref brings him the Excalibur Championship and places it into Brian’s hands, as the ref hands him the title he looks down at it and smiles for a few moments before walking toward one of the turnbuckles and climbing up it then as he stands on the middle turnbuckle Brian lifts the Excalibur Championship high in the air causing the fans the erupt with more chanting of his name and a lot more cheering for him. After a short time Brian climbs down from the turnbuckle and walks toward Tetley who is still down on the ground and as Brian reaches him he lands a swift kick into the side of Tetley then lets out a laugh before continuing to kick Tetley toward the ropes and then with one final big kick Tetley rolls under the bottom rope and crashes down to the floor outside, Brian then turns on his heels and walks toward the ring staffs table and shouts for a mic which is brought to him almost immediately, as Brian grabs the mic he throws the Excalibur championship over his shoulder and walks in a full circle around the ring then after a short time him stops walking and raises the mic to his mouth and begins to speak.
.:x:.Brian Gunn.:x:.
ONCE AGAIN I AM VICTORIOUS AND NOT ONLY THAT I HAVE ALSO ACHIEVED ONCE AGAIN AN UNDEFEATED STREAK OF FIVE WINS...
Brian pauses for a moment before continuing to speak.
.:x:.Brian Gunn.:x:.
Throughout the week I have told each and every one of you fans...MY WORLDS GREATEST FANS that there was no way I was going to lose tonight and that I would accomplish not only a successful title defense but I would once again become undefeated in five matches just like I have every time I have come to Thy Wwe, now in saying that I have also proved without a shadow of a doubt that If I say something is going to happen then it will damn sure happen and I don’t care who stands before me may it be General Manager Starr, General Manager Walker or any other piece of garbage wrestler that walks these halls because no matter who it is they don’t stand a chance in hell, the only thing that can happen and will happen is you will all see my hand raised in victory at every turn..
Brian smiles as the fans begin to chant his name then as they die down he begins to speak once more.
.:x:.Brian Gunn.:x:.
I want to speak to all of you out here for just a few moments because... well if it wasn’t for all of you out here right now I probably wouldn’t be where I am today, I probably wouldn’t be standing here right now as your World’s Greatest Superstar, more to that I would not be standing here right now as your Champion of the people and I certainly would not be standing here as your very own Excalibur Champion so for that I thank you all, I love each and every one of you and it is because of all of you that I still stand here today because if there is one thing I will always do so long as there is a breath in my body that is to entertain each and every one of you each and every night...
The crowd erupt once again this time with cheers of WE LOVE YOU BRIAN!! Causing Brian to smile from ear to ear then as the slowly start to die down again Brian begins to speak once more, but then just as he is about to raise his mic to his mouth the lights in the arena go out and as they do the titantron begins to flicker into life then after a few moments Savior by Skillet blasts through the arena causing a the fans to erupt into a mass of boos as the lights come back up and Jacob Senn is standing at the top of the ramp way with a mic in his hand looking down at Brian Gunn who is leaning on the ropes looking back at Jacob with a face of pure anger due to being interrupted when he was about to speak, the two continue to look toward each other for a short time before Jacob Begins to raise his mic to his mouth..
Jacob Senn:
Well, well, well, look who we have in the ring. We have another shepherd of the hypocrites in this arena and the millions of brainwashed zombies sitting at home staring at their televison screens. The sad thing is that you are the last person that I would expect to fall victim to the allure of being close to these people. These people are not people that deserve the right to be loved or thanked for just sitting there eating their popcorn and drinking their sodas.
Jacob looks to the crowd and sees this big man holding a bucket of popcorn and a large soda sitting down and watching these two have their words.
Jacob Senn:
Just look at this guy. He is just sickening me by how he treats his body like this and yet you are wanting his respect and love and want to be their leader. I am sorry, but I have better things to do than play good guy and pander to these people when all they did was put me down. But, that is not why I am here.
Jacob walks into the ring and begins to speak directly.
Jacob Senn:
I am here because of you, Gunn. See, you are a legend here in ThyWWE. A former Intercontinental Champion, current Television Champion, had classic matches with other legends like Sheamus. But, there is something that you have never done in your entire career. That is attain victory at the biggest event in history, Wrestlemania. Unlike you, I have won at the big one. Even if it was a controversial win, I won. But why am I talking to you about this?
Jacob begins to look around and then stare directly into the eyes of Brian Gunn.
Jacob Senn:
Because me and you have unfinished business and I want to end it. You and me are going to make history at this big event. It will be the night where one of us will finally get our Wrestlemania moment and the other once again is just a little bit short of getting that glory of winning. You want to be the best and I know that I am the best. So, why don't we give these tools of the ThyWWE machine what they so desperately desire? At Wrestlemania III, it will be The Saviour of ThyWWE and the best wrestler in the world, Jacob Senn going against the self-proclaimed World's Greatest Superstar and Excalibur Champion, Brian Gunn.
The fans cheer because this is a match they want to see even if Jacob is not a guy they like.
Jacob Senn:
What do you say, Gunn? Are you going to give these fans what they want and make the match of a lifetime come into fruition or are you going to show the true Brian Gunn and just not care about these people?
Jacob stands there and waits for Brian Gunn to give him an answer and Brian raises the microphone to his lips.
.:x:.Brian Gunn.:x:.
Not care? i think you have me mistaken my friend no matter what i have done in this world no matter who i have offended it has all been for the love of these fans, yeah your right the fans don't like you and do you know why Jacob? don't worry about trying to think about it i mean i know it will only end up hurting you to do so so i will just tell you, the fact the people don't like you is simply because you are without a doubt the biggest and the best ASSHOLE god put life into...
The crowd erupt into chants of ASSHOLE that are directed at Jacob Senn then after a short time Brian continues to speak.
.:x:.Brian Gunn.:x:.
now as for you mania match challenge do you really think that you can beat me? do you think you can go one on one with the Worlds Greatest superstar and actually win? i mean come on man did you not have enough of a beating the last time we clashed heads?
Brian pauses for a second but before senn can lift the mic to his mouth and speak Brian continues.
.:x:.Brian Gunn.:x:.
hell i am all for kicking your ass up and down the ring once again but.... ahh what the hell your on Fuck Nugget and there you have it folks its going to be JACOB THE ASS FACE SENN vs your one and only CHAMPION OF THE PEOPLE and the WORLDS GREATEST SUPERSTAR BRIAN GUNN!!! now i know you have been itching for a rematch from the last time senn you see the talk in the back is you have a special idea for mania a idea you think that could cement you beating me but let me tell you this i don't care what match it is i don't care how many people i have to go through in order to take you out but what i do care about and what i promise you is that when the match is done and i am the winner... oh yeah don't look at me like that with the stupid dumb look on your face because hell i said it i am going to win and we all know if i say it it will damn sure happen, you know it the fans know it i know it and hell the whole damn world knows it, but when i am crowned the winner at mania and walk up that ramp i promise you that this thing between me and you will be done..
Brian Gunn moves closer and gets in the face of senn as he speaks once more.
.:x:.Brian Gunn.:x:.
let me make it more simple for you if you don't get all you need to get out of you at the match to end it all once and for all i promise you i will hurt you so bad you wont be able to come back for seconds...
Brian stands there looking in the eyes of senn muttering words that cant be heard but by the look on Brian's face that don't seem to be rather polite words and Jacob raises his mic.
Jacob Senn:
Let me get a few things straight with you. Yes, I am an asshole to these people because you know why? What did those pathetic people give me? Nothing more than losses, but what did me turning my back on them give me? It gave me shots at stardom and made me the main eventer that I am right now. These people do not deserve me to pander for them, but I am here to do my job and that is make whatever I am doing the most entertaining thing these zombies have ever seen in their entire lives.
Brian Gunn starts to interrupt, but Jacob swats the microphone out of his hands.
Jacob Senn:
You will not interrupt me anymore when I am speaking to you. I am the main eventer here and The Saviour of ThyWWE and you will look at me as an equal, scratch that, more than an equal. You ask if I think I can defeat you, but I do not think. I know that I can defeat the man who calls himself The World's Greatest Superstar when he is the World's Greaest Clown dancing for these people. You will fall at Wrestlemania and I will prove that I am the one who is the best in the world. This will be the end of it all, Brian.....
Jacob drives the mic into Brian Gunn's head. He continues to beat it into his skull repeatedly until he looks over to see the Excalibur Championship. We see an evil look in Jacob's eyes as he grabs the championship. He begins to taunt for Brian to get up and when he gets up and turns around, Jacob hits him in the head with his own championship and goes down to continue beating him in the head with it until Brian Gunn is laying in a pool of his own blood. He lays the championship across Brian's waist and picks up the microphone that he beat across Brian's head and begins to speak.
Jacob Senn:
Because our match at Wrestlemania will be no other match. You were right when you said that I had something special that will cement one of us in ThyWWE history. Because at Wrestlemania III, there will be a first in ThyWWE as I plan to make you bleed just like this, make your body broken, and make your spirit tremble. I am going to take you to hell where you belong because our match is going to be Hell in a Cell!
The fans begin to scream and cheer for this match making its ThyWWE debut with these two competitors being able to settle a rivalry that has lasted over a year.
Jacob Senn:
Prepare to feel to fires of hell when I give you your Judgement at The Grandest Stage of Them All and I make my name remembered in ThyWWE and become the legend that I rightfully deserve to be.
Jacob throws the microphone into Brian's face for good measure as he then walks to the back and begins to laugh sadistically because of what has just occurred in the ring.
The show then goes to a commercial break.

Scene opens up again as we see POT standing backstage in the corridor. POT is standing with his shirt off, bandaged ribs from the night before, camo shorts and his chain is still around his neck. POT is leaning against a wall holding his ribs smirking at the camera. As POT appears the crowd immeadiatly begin booing.
Professor of Thuganomics:
Bret! I hope your watching man because this part of the show, this part of the show is dedicated to you. I'm thinking of calling it; the blast from the past. This week on the blast from the past is a man who you are very familiar with, a man who was once nothing but protection for you. As a matter of fact Bret, he isn't just your friend, he's also family. Trained by the legendary Stu Hart, your father and then wasted by you. If it wasn't for you this man could have been one of the best this business has ever seen.
POT crouches down and the camera zooms out to see Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart lying unconscious on the ground. He is wearing a black shirt and navy jeans and his face is heavily bloodied.
Professor of Thuganomics:
Say hello to the camera Jim.
POT picks up Jim's hand and waves at the camera increasing the fans booing.
Professor of Thuganomics:
Look at him Bret, broken, bloodied, battered, kinda like you a few weeks ago isn't it? Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart, was the muscle in the Hart Foundation, look what I did to him, I've ended him with a combination of a steel chain and a Legend Killer Super Kick, this is only a warning of what's coming against you Bret. Look at him, people even go as far as to call him a legend. He's not a legend! Look at the state he is in! I've killed his legacy! I'm going to kill your legacy, for I am the Legend Killer, POT, Bob Cena. Make no mistake about it, I! I am the only legend in this camera frame! Jim may be seen as a legend but I've accomplished more in my two years in ThyWWE than he has in his entire life. I'm gonna do to you Bret exactly what I am about to do to your brother-in-law, Jim Neidhart.
POT grunts heavily bringing flem up his throat to his mouth as the crowd begin to boo. He does it again, leans his head back before lashing his head forward firing a mixture of flem and saliva right into the face of the unconscious Jim Neidhart.
Professor of Thuganomics:
What I did to Jim here speaks for itself. And by the way anybody whoever came here tonight expecting to see Bret Hart getting his revenge on me, well guess what, AINT GONNA HAPPEN!!!!!! He isn't worthy of being my opponent! I destroyed his career a few weeks ago! HIS LEGACY IS DEAD!!!!!! I KILLED IT!!!!!!
The crowd begin to boo even louder as POT continues
Professor of Thuganomics:
The only true Excellence of Execution left in ThyWWE is.....Bob Cena.
POT holds out his arms and smirks down the camera causing the fans to boo him heavily as the show goes back to ringside at the announcers table.
Don Chuckles: What an incredible night this has been so far!
“I Believe” by Creed then starts to blast out over the arena speakers.
Phil Latio: And it’s only going to get better!
The fans start to clap and cheer as General Manager Walker walks out onto the stage and just stands tall smiling for a moment before walking down and getting inside of the ring. Signaling to the ringside crew, we see Ken get tossed a microphone and he signals for his music to be cut off as he starts to speak.
General Manager Walker: It’s been a hell of a night so far Thy, wouldn’t you agree?
Loud cheers…
General Manager Walker: First Ascension and now the incredible show we have had so far this evening. First let me get to business, I am sad to announce that Thy WWE has come to terms on the immediate contractual release of Dominic Reynolds. Despite being our Intercontinental Champion for close to half a year, the man’s heart was never really in our business. He received an offer to return to the boxing ring, requested his release from me and I was happy to grant it. I don’t want anybody in my locker room that doesn’t want to be here and give their absolute best.
Julian Chichy: Good riddance!
General Manager Walker: Now was that it? I know there was another reason why I came out here tonight, but damn my old age, I just can’t seem to put my finger on it. Oh well, I guess I minus well just head to the back…
Ken slowly starts to walk towards the ropes as some fans boo, leaning halfway out of the ring, we see Ken stop and then come back inside the ring. Turning and looking up at the Wrestlemania 3 banner hanging from the rafters, we see Ken get a grin on his face and start to chuckle.
General Manager Walker: That’s right, my Wrestlemania 3 match, my final match to close the book on my career. You see at first this was not a decision that came easy for me, because let’s be honest, the past couple of times that I’ve stepped between these ropes for a match, it hasn’t ended well for me.
But I don’t care.
Deciding I wanted one final match on the grandest stage of them all was an easy one for me. But deciding on an opponent proved to be far more difficult.
Would I challenge the great Alex Kendall to step between the ropes to face me?
--fans cheer—
Would I take a little trip down memory lane, challenge somebody like Blade LaVigne, or Jonny “The Rockstar” Freeman?
--louder cheers—
Would I challenge Jacob Senn to a match, perhaps new champion Kurt Orton?
--even more cheers—
No.
Only one man’s name came to mind as a fitting end to my career. We’ve tore the house down on two separate occasions, we’ve beat the hell out of each other, completely tore the roof of the arena and I can’t wait to do it a third time.
Don Chuckles: Is he talking about…
General Manager Walker: I know he’s watching right now too…I want my final match at Wrestlemania 3…to be against my old friend and brother Austin Starr. Let’s give these people one final war old friend, finally settle things once and for all just so we can see who the better man truly is.
“My Own Hell” by Five Finger Death Punch comes on over the speakers and we see General Manager Starr walk out onto the top of the stage and power walk down to and inside of the ring. He already has a microphone and he stands in front of Ken ready to respond.
General Manager Starr: For as long as I can remember old friend, we’ve both been so incredibly stubborn. I’ve lost count of the times that you’ve tried to give me sound advice that I’ve ignored or vice versa. It didn’t matter that you would end up being right, or that I would end up being right…what did matter was the simple fact that we had to try and fail for ourselves before we would accept it. Even today brother that has not changed, after my challenge to her you tried to speak to me as a voice of reason…to no good, but you tried.
And when you first announced that you were pursuing this asinine endeavor I pleaded with you to be reasonable…I pleaded with you to reconsider.
But tried and true old friend, you haven’t listened. Instead you’ve come out here and challenged me wrestle you one last time at Wrestlemania 3. To break our tie; to finally see who the better man is once and for all.
Well Ken.
The answer is no…
You see old friend…it’s simple…I can’t and I won’t do it to them. I won’t subject Lily and Michael to the pain of seeing us go to war once again. It was you who told me Ken that I need to focus on what’s important to me in life. And all I have left is my family and my business…and I won’t put them in anymore pain, I won’t make them suffer anymore then I already have old friend.
I am truly sorry to say this to you old friend, but the answer is and will always be a no.
The match isn’t going to happen.
Before Kenneth can respond, we see Austin drop his microphone and exit the ring as “My Own Hell” by Five Finger Death Punch starts to play once again. Austin power walks up the ring, but then stops at the top of the stage. Turning around we can see Austin eyes with Kenneth who just looks heart broken in the ring. We can see what almost looks like remorse swell up in Austin’s eyes as the show goes to a commercial break.

The show comes back from commercial break to see General Manager Walker in his office fuming over what just happened in the ring. We see Ken get interrupted by Jamine Creed who walks in unannounced and walks up to Ken’s desk as he sits down.
Jamine Creed: I just got one thing to ask you Kenny, why is a super sexy, super talented beast like me being left off Raw this week? I’ve only lost once since joining here, but yet I seem to be getting the short end of the stick, come on man, what’s up wit-
General Manager Walker: I am really, really not in the mood for this right now Creed! Look, you WERE on a roll when you first signed up here but then you up and disappeared. As far as I am concerned Creed, the minute you left, you lost your spot, now you are back and I’m glad…but as far as competition and the proverbial pecking order goes, you are in the back of the line. So how about you win a few matches, give us a reason to give a damn about you again before you come into my office and waste my time again!
Jamine Creed: Yo-
General Manager Walker: Get out! Get out now!
We see Creed simply nod at Ken’s message as the shot goes back to ringside.
Don Chuckles: Just wow is all I can say so far guys.
Phil Latio: And the night is nowhere near over yet.
The lights then dim all of a sudden and the arena goes black. As the darkness engulfs the arena, the titan tron illuminates the arena. “Memory” by Mercy Drive blares throughout the arena as the fans erupt with cheers and jeers. Images begin to flicker on and off the tron. The now defunct Thy WWE World Heavyweight championship, Mankind being hauled away in an ambulace. Kurt Angle falling victim to a sickening double knee backbreaker. The legendary Undertaker being struck with a steel folding chair. Multiple mirrors. John Morrison laying on the mat. Raven laying under the rememinants of a broken table. Billy Kidman and Sam Dibiase rushing towards the ring. And A single solitary superstar standing on the middle turnbuckle holding the World Heavyweight championship.
The images fade as a text appears across the tron.
“IN TWO WEEKS TIME, THE VERY FOUNDATION OF THY WWE WILL BE SHAKEN FOREVER. IT’S TIME TO BELIEVE IN THE HYPE!
The video then ends with a shot back to the announce table.
Julian Chichy: Oh goodie! A mystery man hype video, like that hasn’t been done a hundred times already. I am SO excited.
Phil Latio: Have some faith man, I’m curious to see who it could be.
The show then goes to a commercial break.

The scene opens on nothing but complete darkness. In the inky blackness come the sound of voices, fading in from the background. The first voice to speak was slow and cruel.
"How dare you, how very dare you. Take these matters into your own hands? You disgust me. You have the nerve to think you lead these men? That you are better then I the King or Merlin? You may be the strongest knight but you are not the smartest. I am disappointed in you Anger. You have made a grave mistake, when you decided to offer Stalker a placement in our ranks. You do not make decisions for us. Is that clear!"
The scene is still black, there our sounds of mutterings, and hushed tones before a louder, more booming voice responded.
"It was my mistake sir, I am very sorry my king. I understand it will not happen again. I just thoug-"
There was the sound of 2 men laughing, cutting the other short. This time the other voice was just as cruel but held more arrogance to it. It seemed younger and less damaged by time.
"You thought, did you? Oh and here was me thinking we were the brains of the stable Merlin, maybe we should let Anger take over. See if he can keep this stable running well, I bet he wouldn't last a week before he groveled at our feet begging for us to take control again. Go on Anger, tell us your plan."
The louder voice spoke again, slightly less confident now.
"I just thought that maybe, look everyone in the knights has a title or in Barton's case is going to win a title. I thought me being the only one without one, that I should take matter into my own hands and win Stalkers title. I knew I could beat him it was just I knew you guys wouldn't trust me and to make him actually offer me a match I had to give something in return. I mean he had already asked FEAR, Barton and Brian. Hell I'm sure he most likely asked Beno. So I thought I'd offer him a shot in the knights, it took me a while but I figured out how to make sure he won't become one of us and that I'll manage to get the title and then we'll show Thy that we, well. We are the best there is."
A forth voice decided to speak up, as the blacken scene began to lighten. Now the dark shape of a table could be seen in an old room, the rooms old and covered with moss. It was clearly the inside of a castle. An old one at that.
"His plan was clever, if not slightly insane. It was still clever. Anger came to me before he went out with a simple idea. He would offer his backing, nothing more but nothing to weak that Stalker wouldn't fall for it. Then he would announce that Stalker must fight 3 knights and beat at least 2 to become one of us. He knew he had nothing worry about, for he would destroy Stalker in minutes. The only problem was. Who from the knights would be willing to go toe to toe with Stalker and defeat him. I would obviously offer but word has it that management are handing out a title shot for the tag titles next week. Me and Beno would have a duty to attend to. So the next obvious choice was either Barton or Brian. Barton is having a well deserved rest and Brian was supposed to be facing Senn and building to a mania match. However our dear GM decided to put him on jobber duty. Which to me makes him an obvious choice to face Stalker. Not only will he win but Stalker is merely a jobber himself and then. Stalker need not even face Barton, Beno or me. He would of lost 2 of his chances and that would mean he wouldn't be entering the knights. Then think of it. At Mania 3. All the knights leave holding gold. We'd show the whole federation that they didn't stand a chance. That were we the best. That no matter what stood in our way. We would slay it. Are you tell me that there is a..."
He broke off for a second before saying the rest of his sentence. He was clearly about to share a personal joke and he wanted to keep his wording perfect.
"Chance that Stalker will beat any of us, are you... Sure that we were the right men for the job or are you beginning to regret it."
Silence fills the room as the camera zooms in on FEAR and Anger, who are accompanied by the rest of the knights. The 2 men they were talking to had their backs to the camera. One had a hood up, covering the back of his head, almost like a robe. The second wore a funny shaped hat, pointed repeatedly around in a circle, almost like a... crown?
The hood man spoke first.
"I should have known FEAR, that it was only a matter of time before you called in a favor and decided to dig up some dirt on us. Do the others know our identities? Our past or did you keep that knowledge between just yourself and Anger? I assume you told you best friend of course?"
Anger smirked, before growling
"It's not our place to keep your secrets, neither is it our place to spread them."
The man in the funny shaped hat raised his hand. It was covered in glittering golden rings. Everyone fell silent.
"Very well, stick to your plan but if we end up having Stalker Knight joining us. Then I swear, on the lady of the lake. I will have your heads."
He got to his feet and the hat on his head came into full lighting, it was a gold crown with rubys embedded in it. He turned to the hooded man who also got to his feet, lifting up a large staff. He seemed to be leaning on it. The man in the crown walked to a big wooden door and left through it. Leaving the hood man behind. He walked around the table, limping as he did so. He stopped in front of the knights and leaned on his staff.
"Make sure you don't fail, you're a good team and I would hate to have to put you out of service. As for you Anger, watch your tongue next time."
He reached down and put some small objects on the table, he then turned and left through the same door as the king had. The knights all got to their feet, they reached forward and picked up one of the objects each. They were golden rings with the knights logo engraved on them. They each slipped them on. They then formed a circle and the camera panned above them. Looking straight down into the center of the circle. They each stretched their hands with the rings on out in front of them before taking hold of a the one on their rights wrist. They held for a moment before saying together.
"Hail Arthur."
The scene fades to black as the show once again goes to another commercial break.

Match 4: Stalker Knight vs. Anger
Coming back from the break we can see Stalker Knight already in the ring holding his Intercontinental Title high, after taking it off and handing it to the referee, he looks towards the top of the stage as the music of the Knights come on and we see Anger walk out slowly being accompanied by his tag team partner Fear. Showing no intimidation we watch Anger get inside the ring and immediately come nose to nose with Stalker Knight. The referee however interjects himself and asks if the two of them know the rules, after both men nod the official orders the bell to be rung and this match is underway.
Don Chuckles: For Stalker to achieve his goal of getting into The Knights of the Round Table he must defeat two out of the three. I think his chances are good here guys, what do you think?
Phil Latio: I would have counted Stalker out, but after seeing him defeat Reynolds at Ascension, I am most certainly now a believer. I think we’re gonna see the upset here tonight guys.
Stalker charges at Anger but gets dropped with a big boot. Anger then grabs Stalker and tosses him into the corner, unloading on him with a barrage of left and right hands to the midsection. Standing back before charging in we see Anger drive a knee and then a thigh into the midsection of Stalker. Anger then lifts a leg up and starts to blatantly choke the air of Stalker as the referee comes in and admonishes him for it. Anger steps back and says he will comply and the break gives Stalker a chance to charge out of the corner and start stinging his bigger opponent with left and right hands. Stalker bounces back off the ropes and plows into Anger with a clothesline, but it doesn’t bring his foe down. Coming off the ropes again we see Stalker go for another clothesline, but this time Anger grabs Stalker and stings him with a sidewalk slam. Standing up and following up with a heavy leg drop we see Anger go for a cover—the referee gets down and gets into position—1…2…NO! Stalker kicks out and we see Anger pull him up and back to his feet.
Julian Chichy: So far this has proven to be more entertaining than I thought, I gotta admit.
Anger then grabs Stalker, but we see Stalker reverse, hook the head of Anger jump up, and then fall backwards, spiking the head of Anger into the mat with a stiff looking, sick DDT that causes Anger to contort his body at a rough angle. Stalker then floats over and hooks the leg of Anger—1…2…NO! Anger powers Stalker off of him and Stalker gets back to his feet. Pointing to Fear on the outside of the ring and telling him how he is next ends up being his downfall though as he turns around to get stung by a stiff sounding big boot from a now recovered Anger. Stalker’s eyes roll back into his head as he slumps down to the mat, Anger then drops down and hooks the leg of Stalker. The referee slides into position and makes the count—1…2…3
Winner: Anger in 6:20 via Big Boot.
Julian Chichy: Hail Merlin! Yea!
We see Anger and Fear leave the ring and walk up the ramp as the show goes to a commercial break.

Match 5: Jamie Moorefield vs. CM Punk
We return to Raw where we see CM Punk and Moorefield in the ring already in the ring whilst getting huge mixed reactions from the crowd.
Phil Latio: What a matchup we have here tonight, Jamie Moorefield, The Real Deal up against the man who has just returned here in THY and returned with a bang! The runner up of the Royal Rumble, CM Punk!
Don Chuckles: Yeah, Punk was the one who ended Moorefield’s dream of main eventing Mania!
The bell sounds and the match begins. The two men grapple up and soon are exchanging rights and lefts in the ring for a good minute
Latio: A real slobberknocker here Don!
Moorefield, with his superior strength, soon gets the upper hand and backs Punk into the corner, where the ref has to drag him off Punk as Moorefield stomps away at his face. As soon as Punk is back in the match, Moorefield goes on the attack again, clotheslining him to the floor and going for the cover. Punk kicks out at one, but this only angers Moorefield, and he plants him with another huge clothesline, with Punk kicking out at one again. Punk stirs and Moorefield kicks his face, and arrogantly taunts the crowd, who roundly boo him. Punk quickly rolls him up for the two count. Moorefield is now angered and foolishly runs after Punk. His opponent is too quick however, and when he turns, Punk hits him with a roundhouse kick to the chest. He repeats the motion, bringing The Real Deal to his knees. Finally, Punk connects with his skull, and knocks him clean out

He bounces Punk off the ropes and goes for a spinebuster, but Punk reverses into a huge DDT! Moorefield is down, but Punk doesn’t cover him. Instead, he climbs the ropes, and looks for the Pepsi Plunge! However, Punk pauses to regain his breath and composure after that draining minute in the vice like grip of the STFU, and Moorefield has had plenty of time to recover, and rolls outta the way, and Punk slams into the mat face first. When we return from the break we see Triple H standing tall in the ring.
Triple H: “First off Barton congrats on being this years Royal Rumble winner but you have not yet ascended you are still a young cub in a man's world. But I am not letting you walk out of this whole ordeal as the man going after the belt Whether it is taking you out in a match for an earned chance or taking you out by other means I will do it. The fact I am standing out here before all of the audience is because I have a hunger to wear the belt and I never got my rematch after Sheamus lost. I went to a draw and now the belt seems to be around another waist. I am not going to be held back by these typical sad means of not wearing gold. But I could walk out here with a long winded promo of why I am going after everyone else when the answer is simple. I want what belongs to me and that is the belt. Barton you are a talent that has come under pure ability since I first seen you. I will not discredit what you offer. All I will say is that you've given me enough reason to get as I wish and that is by clearing out all others I just have to decimate you. So waiting to take out the one gives me better odds I watched the entire rumble and now your marked. Breath air for now because after I take what should be mine it may be a machine pumping it through your lungs.”
Triple H dropped the microphone he wasn't taking no for an answer keeping it short and sweet…leaving the ring as the show goes to a break.
