What happens when men take matters into their own hands? For weeks we’ve seen the General Manager demand a cut throat aggression from his superstars…but now we’ve seen several men think that they can simply demand anything and have it be given to them. How will the General Manager respond to this blatant display of disrespect? Guess we’re gonna have to wait and see…
MONDAY NIGHT RAW
As the show begins LIVE from the Rose Garden in Portland, Oregon…we can see the superstars getting love shown in the stands from various signs held by fans. Scrolling by ringside, we can see two unknown men who are well dressed in the ring. The announcers’ desk is still empty after the firing took place last week of Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler. As our view goes in the ring now, we can hear the static on the speakers…looks like the General Manager is going to be opening our show.
General Manager: I mandated last week that Thy WWE was going to slowly be ushered into a new era. The first step was the firing of Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler. The second step will be seen in due time…for right now though I want each and every single one of you watching to take a look at the two men whose voices will be at the helm of our new direction. Ladies and gentleman…our new Raw announce team…Phil Latio and Don Chuckles…..
We see Phil and Don nod as they are introduced.
General Manager: Now take your seats gentlemen…let’s get this show underway.
We see the new Raw announce team make their way out of the ring and over to the table. After each man takes their seats, we can see them put their headsets on and begin to speak.
Don Chuckles: It certainly is good to be back…when we got the call to come to work I must say I was certainly surprised.
Phil Latio: I knew they’d bring us back eventually…..
Don Chuckles: Let’s not waste time anymore Phil…we got a lotta show to cover tonight.
Phil Latio: Right after this…

Match 1: CM Punk vs. Justin Time
We can already see Justin Time and CM Punk in the ring as the match comes back from a commercial break. Now Justin Time was on thin ice with management, but was given a second chance…let’s hope he doesn’t blow it tonight. The bell rings and we are underway, immediately we see Justin charge forward and drop CM Punk with a clothesline. Following up with the clothesline, we can see Time drop down and follow up with hitting several rough right hands. The official pushes himself in to break up the assault and Time steps back and gets on his feet once again. Waiting for CM Punk to get on his feet, JT charges forward once again--but gets kicked in the rear leg. CM Punk…now showing signs of life, starts to fire off kicks to JT’s legs and ribs. Going to the well one too many times, we see JT grab the leg of Punk…hook his arm overhead and get Punk up in the air in a Fisherman’s Suplex position. Dropping Punk on his head, we see JT float over and hook the leg—the referee gets in position and makes the count—1…2…3!
Winner: Justin Time
Don Chuckles: Quick victory seen there by Justin Time…
Phil Latio: What kinda junk was that…our first night here and we get a snoozer match like this…yawn…god where’s the talent.
Justin Time leaves the ring celebrating up the ramp as the show goes to a commercial break.

Match 2: Shawn Michaels vs. Jesse Neal
Don Chuckles: I’m being told Phil…that Shawn Michaels is going to be awarded this match via forfeit. Jesse Neal was one of several superstars who quit last week.
We can hear Sexy Boy come on over the arena speakers and Shawn Michaels comes out onto the ramp with John Sturking behind him. The two of them walk down to the ring and get inside. Once in, we see the official start the ten count and when no response is received…Michaels gets his hand raised as the winner.
Winner: Shawn Michaels
Phil Latio: Wow…I miss SCW
Sturking and Michaels walk up the ramp happy as the show goes to a commercial break…

Match 3: GreenSpark/Joey TB vs. James Chaos/Terry Lawrence
As the show comes back from a commercial break we can see GreenSpark and Joey TB already in the ring standing side by side. Although the two of them have never teamed up before, they seem more concerned with the match at hand. However, Terry Lawrence…the center of last week’s controversy…also quit so it’s going to be interesting to see how things are handled here. We can see James Chaos make his way out and walk down to the ring. As he slowly starts to walk up the ringside stairs, he looks at his two opponents in the ring and just shakes his head. Before he gets on the apron though we can see movement in the stands…the same four seats in the same section of each arena at ringside that Society occupies each week…we can see Magpie stand up.
Don Chuckles: What is he doing! He is not involved in this match…
Magpie…looking at Robin for some kind of approval…gets a nod from the Society leader as he walks over the ringside barrier and walks down to the ring. Magpie locks eyes with James Chaos who is still standing on the apron, not quite sure of what to expect. James gets inside of the ring and still watches Magpie, along with GS and Joey TB. We then see Magpie hop on the apron next to James and just nod to him.
Phil Latio: Is this man gonna insert himself as James’s partner?
Don Chuckles: It sure looks that way Phil.
James gets inside of the ring, and the referee just waves his hands to start the bell as we see Joey TB get onto the ringside apron. GS and James pace around one another before engaging in a collar and elbow tie up. We see James wriggle around and get behind GS, James tries to lift GS…but we see Green throw several elbows and then catch James with a European Uppercut before tagging on Joey TB. As Joey TB comes in, he walks toward James, but is surprised with a dropkick as James gets back up quickly and leaps to tag Magpie into the contest. For a moment we see Magpie simply stare, but then he comes into the ring and starts to unload on Joey TB with right hands as he was getting back to his feet from the dropkick. Joey fights back though and is able to turn the momentum back his way as he stomps Magpie in the stomach twice before bouncing off the ropes and dropping him down to the mat with a swinging neck breaker. Joey TB looks over at GS and tags him into the match…as GS comes back in we can see Joey look him over. GS then goes to lift Magpie back to his feet, but gets kicked in the stomach hard and Magpie hits a sick looking DDT on GS. GS is out cold on the mat, and Magpie looks over at Robin who simply nods to him once more as he drops down and hooks the leg. The referee counts the fall—1…2…3!
Winner: James Chaos and Magpie
We can see James Chaos smiling and nodding as Magpie exits the ring without even getting his hand raised as he goes and retakes his seat with his fellow Society members. In the ring we can see James Chaos leave while GS starts to slowly recover. On the outside of the ring we can see Joey TB angry about the first loss on his record. As GS pulls himself up to his feet, we can hear the static…looks like the General Manager is gonna be making another appearance tonight.
General Manager: GreenSpark I’m gonna get right to it…your blatant display of insubordination last week did not go un-noticed. Last time I checked…this was my show…I called the shots…not you. I demanded ruthless aggression from my roster…cut throat behavior…this…this GreenSpark is disrespect that will not be permitted.
We can see Joey TB slide in the ring and get behind GS.
General Manager: You are going to learn GreenSpark…that I am the boss…not you.
Joey TB then grabs GS from behind and spikes him into the mat with a swinging reverse DDT.
Phil Latio: GET HIM!!!!
General Manager: You see though GreenSpark…I am a man of my word. Last week I booked you at the pay per view in a match to decide the new secondary championship. Well I’ve decided that not only…will it go back to being referred to as the United States Title…but I’ve decided that you’re opponent is going to be the man in the ring with you right now in Joey….The Bastard! Get ready…good luck…thank you and that is all.
We can see Joey TB stand over GS making title gestures around his waist as the show goes to a commercial break.

(World Title tournament—Round 2)
When we return from the commercial break we can already see Jonny Freeman in the ring awaiting the arrival of his opponent MVP. Jonny looks psyched up and ready to compete…but instead of hearing MVP’s music we hear the General Manager come on over the speakers once again.
General Manager: Jonny, I truly regret to inform you of this…but your opponent MVP…is a spineless coward. The “man”…if you can even call him that…slid a handwritten resignation letter into Vince McMahon’s office…complaining of unfair working conditions and harassment. But the truth is…MVP didn’t have what it took to be a competitor on my show. MVP didn’t have the guts…and honestly we are better off without him. Regrettably…as for you and tonight…you will receive a BYE into the finals Jonny. Good luck.
Winner: Jonny Freeman
The static fades and the speakers go silent…
Don Chuckles: So Jonny Freeman wins this match by default and receives a BYE into the finals of the World Title tournament.
Phil Latio: Facing either Robin or Oriole…should be exciting…by the way…that Oriole is hot…

(World Title tournament—Round 2)
As the show comes back from break, we can see the referee in the ring looking over at where Society is sitting. We can see Robin and Oriole stand up and walk over the barrier and walk side by side to ringside. Instead of getting inside the ring though, we see Robin and Oriole just turn and walk back to their seats. Once sitting back down the referee threatens them to get in the ring, or they will be both counted out. Robin and Oriole remain unresponsive as the referee begins to make the ten count—1…2…3…4…5…6…7…8…9…10!
Winner: Double Count-Out
Don Chuckles: Wait a minute…what does this mean for our main event.
Phil Latio: Something smells fishy here Don…I don’t like it.
Don Chuckles: Might be you there Phil.
Phil Latio: Or your mom Don…she was nasty…
Don Chuckles: I know the General Manager is going to have something to say about this…main event time is next…but we have no winner…what is going to happen?
The show goes to a commercial break with pure speculations and questions floating around.

Match 6: Jonny Freeman vs.
(Thy WWE Unified World Championship)
When we come back from the commercial break…we can see the same glasses wearing assistant to the General Manager that we saw a few weeks prior. In his hands is a briefcase…we see him open it and he takes out the dazzling Thy WWE Unified World Championship belt…for nearly three months now we’ve seen the top prize go uncontested…as the General Manager waited for roster members to step up and prove that they deserve it. We’ve seen Jonny Freeman get a tainted BYE into the finals due to the cowardly departure of MVP…but what of the other second round match…we seen Robin and Oriole simply go back to their seats and get themselves counted out of their tournament match.
Phil Latio: I want answers Don
We can see the assistant grab a microphone from ringside and he begins to speak.
Assistant: I’ve been instructed by the General Manager to have Jonny Freeman come down here to the ring.
We can hear Jonny’s music come on over the speakers and Jonny Freeman walks down the ramp looking more upset than ever. Stopping to lock eyes with Robin, we can see the two of them trash talk each other before Jonny finishes the walk down the ramp and gets inside of the ring. Once Jonny gets inside of the ring we can hear the static and imminent arrival of the General Manager once again.
General Manager: Jonny Freeman…The Rockstar…a man such as yourself deserves better than this. I know that you pride yourself on competition and the thrill of standing in front of these wonderful fans that we have. Thy WWE needs a World Champion…tonight was supposed to be grand occasion. But things have not gone in that direction. Jonny…due to the count out victory I have no other choice than to declare YOU the new Thy WWE Unified World Champion by default. Johnson…present Mr. Freeman with his prize…I truly wish this could have been done under better circumstances.
Winner and NEW Thy WWE Unified World Champion: Jonny “The Rockstar” Freeman.
Johnson the assistant takes the World Championship and goes behind Jonny Freeman to put it around his waist. Before he can get it attached, we see Jonny snap as he turns and decks Johnson with a right hand. Jonny…with a fiery look in his eye stomps away at Johnson…knocking him out of the ring as he exits the ring himself…Jonny is furious as he kicks the ringside stairs as he howls his agony and frustration.
Don Chuckles: Can you honestly blame him for being upset Phil…Jonny lives to compete and he’s had it robbed from him not once…but twice tonight.
Phil Latio: This is the first time all night that I’ve actually had fun…watching Jonny flip out is fun.
Two of the arena security personnel try to approach Jonny to calm him down….but we see Jonny kick one in the face and toss the other one face first into the ringside pole. Stomping his way over to the announcers table we see Don and Phil exit quickly as Jonny pulls out the television monitors and tosses the table on its side. Kicking the side of the table until his foot goes through it we hear Jonny howl in anger one more time. Looking in the ring and then over at the still seated Society members, we see Jonny grab his championship belt as he stomps over towards Society. Locking eyes with Robin all Jonny gets is a smug grin from the Society leader. This arrogance simply infuriates Jonny further as he steps towards Robin, but more security personnel along with several staff from the back come out to restrain him. Jonny simply starts throwing blows, knocking out staff and security…until he screams to Robin that “this ends now” before turning and walking up the ramp.
What could Jonny mean? I guess we’re gonna have to wait until next week to find out.
