Match 1: Kenneth Walker vs. Magpie
Last week on Raw we saw the potential tag team title challengers get hand picked opponents. They split down the middle evenly with Shawn Michaels getting a win over Mark Greenberg and John Sturking losing to Thy WWE Newcomer in Terry Lawrence. Now management has returned the favor to the potential challengers by allowing them to pick opponents for the champs. Mysterious Society member Magpie proves to be an unknown challenge for Kenneth...I know many people are going to be watching this match intently.
Match 2: Jesse Neal/Mark Greenberg vs. Christian/Jeff Hardy
Jesse Neal...after paying the penalty week returns to action this week to team with a familar...yet different character much like himself in Mark Greenberg...a man who has been on an impressive run as of late...but hasn't found a real goal to strive for at the moment. Perhaps this pairing, going up against two men who are very familiar with tag team wrestling in Christian and the newly signed Jeff Hardy will take advantage of the opportunity and stake a claim in the tag title scene....or will the natural experience of Christian and Hardy kick in and ensure victory. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
Match 3: Dan Hellman vs. Omega
Dan Hellman...a man who seems to also just be floating around at the moment...looks to gain some footing when he takes on impressive rookie Omega. Omega...who made his presence known against Maven at Wrestlemania and who has just returned from a LOA looks to make an example out of Hellman here. What is gonna happen...guess we're gonna have to find out?
Match 4: John Cena vs. Terry Lawrence
Terry Lawrence looks to continue his impressive win last week as he takes on new signee John Cena. Cena who has also done it all...in terms of rap, wrestling, and movies will be fully ready to add another big win to his resume. Which man wants it more...which man is gonna get his hand raised in victory...tune in to find out ladies and gentleman.
Match 5: Jamie Moorefield vs. MVP
(World Title tournament--Round 1)
We seen Jamie Moorefield attack MVP at the end of his match last week on Raw...announcing that he had drawn him in the tourney. With the richest prize in wrestling on the line for the winner of this tournament....you know that every man involved is gonna do whatever it takes to get the job done. Add in MVP looking for revenge...and you know that this is gonna be a fight.
Match 6: Jonny Freeman vs. GreenSpark
(World Title tournament--Round 1)
Jonny Freeman hasn't been heard from in Thy since dropping the Tag Team Titles...all except for some apparent fixation this Society group seems to have formed with him. His run as a tag team champ seems to have been enough to get the attention of the General Manager who has gotten him a spot in the tournament...add in the impressive GreenSpark who came just short last week against MVP and you have two men with everything to lose...and everything to gain.
Match 7: Austin Starr vs. Triple H
The second hand picked opponent for the tag team champions proves to be just as daunting of a task as Kenneth is facing. Triple H is a multiple time champion and has done it all in the business. Austin Starr himself is no easy task...when these two men clash in the ring...its gonna be a physical bout....its gonna be a hard fought bout...but most importantly....its gonna be an exciting bout.
Main Event: Oriole vs. Randy Orton
Management...seemingly amused by Randy Orton's one man quest against Society has granted him another chance to back his talk up when he faces the one woman in the group in Oriole. Now initially, Thy management held a firm stance against intergender competition. But after reveiwing tapes from an old affiliate fed in SCW...being made aware of a woman champion there who was actually better then her male counterparts got them thinking. After doing a little digging around and finding out that intergender competition isn't that foreign of a concept, this match was automatically sanctioned. Will we see Orton back up his claims to "dismantle society"...or will he taste defeat yet again. Plus...with Oriole's talent and abilities still being unknown at this moment...that just provides an excitement factor that's gonna guarantee ratings.
